If i could give negative stars i would. I have been charged $80 for nothing. I asked for a $2 test and got suckered .

They have a an AI as chat agent, but they dont have any human agents to support. They dont accept monthly option for some plans, horrible!

Pity, because the technology is decent.

Hätten eine längere Testversion erstellen müssen.
Bei überzeugender Arbeit gibt es auch Geld.

I've been using Perso AI for a while and originally subscribed to their so-called “unlimited” plan — which was never truly unlimited to begin with. The limit was 5 videos per day, up to 15 minutes each, but I accepted that and kept using the platform.

However, things got significantly worse. About a week ago, Perso AI changed all subscription plans overnight, even for customers who were still under active, paid plans. They sent a last-minute maintenance notice (attached in the screenshot), claiming the update would bring “better pricing and improved functionality.”

What actually happened was the complete opposite.

My plan was downgraded to only 120 minutes of fast dubbing, and after those credits run out, they supposedly offer “unlimited” dubbing in “legend speed.” But there is nothing unlimited about it. Once the credits are gone, you can only dub 5-minute videos, and only once every 6 hours.

How is that unlimited in any possible definition?

The new system is a massive downgrade — easily 1000% worse than the previous structure. It feels like a total disregard and lack of respect for existing customers who supported the platform early on. Instead of honoring the original plan or grandfathering old users, they imposed restrictions that make the service nearly unusable.

I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Transparency and customer respect should be a priority, especially in a subscription-based product. Unfortunately, the way Perso AI managed this update has made me lose trust in the platform.

Because of this, I will no longer be renewing my Perso AI subscription.

They claim that they provide Unlimited Dubbing Videos, but after a few videos, you get a message that you have exceeded the usage limit, and you have to wait until the next day to continue using the service. I sent them an email, and here is their reply

The “Usage Limit Notice” you received is not an error, but rather a notification based on our Fair Use Policy.
With the Unlimited plan, there are no fixed limits on the number or length of videos you can create. However, to ensure that all users can enjoy a stable service, temporary restrictions may be applied if excessive usage is detected.

These restrictions are automatically lifted after a certain period according to the Fair Use Policy, and you will then be able to continue creating videos without issue."

You are still going to be sued for the false advertising you put on your website!
The Creator plan claims to be *“unlimited”* for AI dubbing, but when you get to around the 6th video, it asks you to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The justification? *“Fair usage limit per user.”* But there’s nothing fair about that, because if you offer an unlimited plan, the fair usage limit per user is exactly what they paid for and what was advertised on your website! So, if the user wants to dub 50 or 100 videos in a single day, that’s exactly what they are entitled to!

You put on your website a comparison with other tools as if you were better than them, but you’re trying to beat the competition by lying!

I do not recommend this company. While the translations are fine, the issue lies with the company itself. Their packages are not good. They advertise "unlimited" dubbing videos, but they have a fair use policy in place that allows them to call it unlimited, even though it’s not truly unlimited. Let’s be honest, it might be legal, but it feels like false advertising, especially since their limits are far from unlimited. I had videos that needed dubbing in six different languages, and I quickly reached a daily limit. I found myself having to come back the following day to do more dubbing, which was around 30 minutes a day. This is not a lot, especially for a package that claims to be "unlimited." If you don’t have time to log in every single day, you really don’t get what you paid for.
Another thing I’m extremely unhappy with is that after I managed to dub a lot and then cancelled my subscription due to the limits, I couldn’t download the videos I had already dubbed. Why is that? I already paid for them! What kind of business expects you to pay just to be able to download what you’ve already paid for? Honestly, I suggest finding another company.

Their unlimited creator plan is completely misleading and it is a scam website. It says unlimited, but you can dub only one video and there is no customer service agent available at all. They don’t respond properly once they charge payment from you.

Great product for AI dubbing, whether it be audio to video, with perfect voice cloning & lip-sync.

Firstly, the initial credit bonus is not as advertised; users receive significantly fewer credits than promised, making the initial value proposition deceptive. Secondly, credits are consumed extremely rapidly, even by short videos, due to per-second billing and rounding up; a 12-minute video can deplete a large portion of the monthly credit allowance. Finally, the pricing for additional credits is unclear, making it difficult to understand the actual cost of using the service beyond the subscription fee and potentially leading to unexpected expenses. This combination of factors makes the service seem expensive and potentially exploitative." I urgue you to think twice about doing this
