Delivery Excelled
I ordered two of my favourite products; the eyelift serum and the tinted face finishing moisturiser on Friday, and even though I was spending over £60 and therefore qualified for free next day delivery, because it was Friday, I expected that to be Monday, however my complete order arrived on Saturday! Honestly must try
Honestly, 1st time using this product, I love it. I ordered the tinted moisturiser which is devine, the cleanser, eye gel, moisturiser with eye and it is all amazing. Lovely texture, great to apply, thinking of trying the mascara soon. Have recommended to family and friends and will definitely order more products to try

As a First time customer I was…
As a First time customer I was disappointed to find the promised delux sample of Neuropeptide Deep crease serum was not included inside the parcel with my order.
I spent over ten minutes ‘ talking to a bot’who passed my query to a customer services person called Dilshad . Dilshad promised ‘the relevant team ‘ will reach out to me … nothing has happened since yesterday apart from being asked to fill out a satisfaction survey … not pleased with not being able to speak on the phone with a human !

Excellent Moisturisers
I have been using both the tinted moisturiser and photo-brightening moisturiser for years, they are an invaluable part of my facial routine giving a natural look with subtle colour, brilliant for middle aged skin, I love them both!

My initial 1st experience when…
My initial 1st experience when ordering, there was an item missing, however the service I received was efficient and actively resolved without delay. I have to say the the chia body oil and intensive body cream has shown great improvement with my skin, I have only been using for the last few weeks,it has repaired some of my skin issues I had on my legs , I don’t usually leave reviews and felt I had to , the cream is quite thick and have already ran out of the bottle, that’s the only downfall, but it is an investment I feel for hydrated skin deeply

Tinted moisturiser is a must
Just purchased my go to tinted moisturiser, love the glow it gives me during the spring/ summer months with the spf I can just apply and go, a small amount goes a long way!

The shampoo and conditioner are good
The shampoo and conditioner are good, however the containers are very difficult to use. I had to take the lids off as i could not squeeze the bottles, they are so stiff. Not very user friendly
