I came here to get my teeth done as I needed 4 crowns replaced and UK prices were outrageous. I decided to come here to get all teeth done. My husband got his teeth done here 2 years ago after doing his research. Always choose quality not price. I got 24 crowns. 2 extractions. W root canal treatments and 5 fillings replaced. From start to finish. I was treated with kindness and care. They always ensured I was in no pain. The dentist who carried out most of my treatment was exceptional. He always was precise and attention to detail with the work. The co-ordinators looked after me every step of the way. I would encourage anyone who want their teeth done not to hesitate in choosing Perla. Remember quality over price and I promise you will not be disappointed and my teeth are amazing. My experience at Perla took place between October 2023 and April 2024. The short story - I walked in with 1000 problems and walked out with a full set of teeth and a smile I no longer needed to be ashamed of. One of the best decisions I have ever made. If you are having doubts about Perla - don't. I honestly could not be happier. For the details read the long version.

I waited a month from completition before writing and posting.

We chose Perla Dental Centre after a long process of checking reviews and seeking advice. My wife went first and will write her own review but I was a far more serious case. All my life I have suffered with dental health and structural problems around my gums, teeth and jaw. Back in the 1970s I was in the hands of prehistoric dentistry - and they got almost everything wrong. It gave me a fear of dentists and with an additional low pain threshold, I am a difficult patient for dentists to deal with.

Over the years my teeth fell apart. At one stage I went 15+ years without seeing a dentist. By the time I reached my 40s I had two partials - top and bottom - and when I hit my 50s the teeth the partials were resting on had begun to collapse.

I would go to dentists in the UK and they would tell me I would soon need dentures. They didn't even bother offering me implants because the process was so expensive. I wanted to know because I did not want cheap dentures and having received 3 quotes I knew it was approximately £30,000. No way could I afford that.

This led me to looking at Turkey as my way to a healthy mouth. So glad I did. The total journey from my first appointment to the final check up took six months and one day.

The key surgery (extractions, 13 implants, sinus lift and bone graft) took place on a single day. It was performed by Onur Ademhan. Prior to surgery he warned me that because of loss of bone, and other structural problems he may need to fix me over two surgeries - but in the end his skillful hands managed to avoid that and he got it done in one.

The extraction process and implant placement took place in a day. It wasn't pleasant - I had about 14 extractions and 13 implants - so I am not going to pretend it was comfortable. But it was handled with care, professionalism and a lot of after care. There were no problems.

It is important to mention the 'after care'. From start to finish I felt like I was being looked after like family. You are put in the hands of what I suppose is a personal case manager. Mine was Thomas. He was incredible. He arranges everything about your care - from the airport pick up to the airport drop off. Appointments/ taxi to the clinic from the hotel / making sure you have the medication you need/ answering any questions. five star service all the way.

Perla did offer me temporary teeth for the six month interval, but again, because of my own issues with dentists and gagging when foreign objects are placed in my mouth I chose to be without.

The six month interval was not as bad as feared. After the first two weeks as the wounds healed, I was eating pretty well. I gained rather than lost weight (which is quite funny). You cannot eat foods that need proper chewing - but as I got used to the situation - I was pretty comfortable eating a range of foods.

In addition - for the first time in decades, I had no infections, no pain, and no disease. My mouth was not just healing - and it may have been toothless, but it was healthy again.

Six months almost to the day, I returned. They took a panoramic X-ray - and let me know the implants had all taken well.

Upon my return I needed more prep work. They need to place healing caps on top of the implants. Then the measurement and testing begins. All of this was carried out by Dr Tahsin Dayaniclier. Again - the professionalism was first class. I went in several times as they prepared the final teeth for me.

There was always advice and consultation throughout the process. The colour of the teeth, the shape, the size - all the time I was given advice from professionals. Never did I feel coerced or directed. They wanted to listen - but they also wanted to share their expertise.

I have never experienced such a clean full bite before. Sure the sensation is different because I no longer have any natural teeth to feel with - but even so, the deal is worth it. They also say you lose some strength in your bite - but I think that is deceiving. It is decades since I had a proper, strong bite - so the teeth I have now are far stronger and the bite more powerful than anything I have had for ages.

It isn't just about the way it looks. I can eat anything with no discomfort. My mouth is healthy. It is a pleasure to eat again.

I had my implants done with Perla Dental Centre about year ago and really very pleased with the results so far. I took time to write this review as I really wanted to see this before I write this review.

Before signing up with Perla i spoke to number of clinics and decided to go with Perla Dental because Orhan was really great help during initial communications. He was very helpful, transparent and fully supportive. During my first visit, I stayed at 4 star hotel located at 5mins drive from the clinic. I was also received Greet & Meet with luxury vehicle at the airport. Hotel was excellent. But once your treatment starts, you cant really eat much there at hotel. I wish hotel adds some soft food for Patients.

My first visit at clinic was really very pleasing, all the customer service team knew my name and were welcoming. My first meeting with Dr. onur and then my procedure was conducted by Dr. Mehmet. He was thoroughly very supportive and explained everything before the procedure. We had an English translator Nadia to translate it to Dr. Mehmet. My teeth were extracted on day 1 and then with 1 day gap and on 3rd day I was given dentures. I asked them to change the shape of dentures bit and for this they were happy to follow. Overall I didnt see any pushy sales or communication. Everything was done in very relaxing and calm way.

My 2nd visit went even better where I completed my procedure. Dr. Mehmet completed everything and Dr. Onur done the final check-up to make sure all ok before I travel back. I was really happy with my treatment, experience and customer service where everyone is ready to listen, understand the pain you go through and make you feel comfortable really

4 months before I went back for my Hygiene appointment and I received the similar experience as i had in my first or 2nd visit. I was really thinking that they will no longer treat the same as with implants but they looked after me really well.

Overall if you are looking for a genuine implant specialist clinic with such caring team, I would definitely recommend you to consider Perla.

Waited 18 months to write a review because I was an extremely nervous patient and was terrified incase there was any complications. The boys from perla were so understanding and took the time to make me feel as comfortable as possible, even to the extent of carrying me to bed after I came round from the anastasia. They checked in on me at every point possible which was such a relief, I genuinely felt like they cared. After a couple of months I was on a family holiday in the area and they gave me a full check up with a free taxi ride from my Hotel about 30 miles away.
I bought the dentist a bottle of whisky from my local town as a thank you, I hope this message reaches him as a thank you again.

Before relying on reviews speak to them ! They do hundreds of people but not everybody leaves a review and generally only people with bad reviews take the time to do one . I would never refer people if I had the slightest concern as your teeth are a massive part of you as I know from a personal experience . I have and will continue to refer people to them so they come away as happy as me . In my opinion they are the best !!

Hi just finished my dental treatment at Perla, what a fantastic experience the staff were so helpful and professional. My teeth are like buck teeth, tonight the tooth next to the teeth they crammed back into the space broke while eating bread! The crowns are bigger than the teeth they grinder. I’m just sick because I fear they are leaking, i should not feel a space between teeth and gums. If I could turn back time, Never would have done this. Please think twice before going here. My experience was very painful,( no pain management while placing permanent crowns. I received poor communication about what was to be done. I feel responsible for not getting a second opinion! I really don’t like giving negative reviews because it’s all subjective, however my teeth are ridiculous. I now smile with my teeth covered. Sad, sad, sad.

Unprofessional service , unprofessional communication,intimidation,slander .I had to come back twice!!!! and you were not able to fix the problems and harm you caused ,I paid for my treatment and for all the flights and accommodation for the whole week at the time I had to stay there,except my first initial hotel was covered which was a 3 start low standardI also paid for allergy testing and MRI And other doctors myself and I have receiyea and reports to prove that !Not to mention you have violated my legal rights by Health and Social care act 2012 ,Data protection act and Human rights act ,also my GCA rights.You have shared my confidential medical information and this is punished by law ,your owner also violated criminal justice and public order act 1994 by threatening me directly because I left a negative review.Thats the "professionalism" you are stating to provide ?
Do not be fooled ,unless you encounter any problem ,you will not see the true face and injustice of this clinic.I came healthy and now since completing my treatment at another clinic I'm finally pain Free after over a year of suffering . Perla has destroyed my health and the owner of the clinic is threatening me when I asked for a refund!! They only Care about your money and they will slander you online and not take responsibility,their guarantee is void and you will have to humiliate yourself and fight to get what you paid for! If something goes wrong don't count on them ,you will be called crazy and smeared online ,refer to their responses and judge for yourself .You gave me a guarantee of 5 years ,you were obligated to fix or refund !You done neither .Also the person who is replying to this is not a medical professional ,or in any way have medical competence to discuss such issues but only a manager of customers.

Just got home to England after having dental treatment at Perla dental and I’ve got to say I am absolutely over the moon with the treatment I have received I never imagined my teeth would be so perfect
From the moment I arrived last year for my first lot of treatment I was treated so good the surgery was spotless the dentist’s and surgeons were first class I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to look no further than Perla dental

My husband just finished his treatment at Perla dental clinic. For now everything is fine. He is happy with his new teeth :) The team of dentist worked throughly and accurately,he has nothing bad to say about them.But I only gave them 4 stars because of the management. When I spoke with the clinic manager Patricija about the prices she said that we don't need to pay separately for the tooth extraction. When my husband went for the first time he signed the treatment plan where there was a price for implants, crowns, bone graft, sinus lifting. But now they asked to pay for extraction too. He showed the picture of the treatment plan he signed but they showed him a different one without the signature but with a price for an extraction. When my husband refused to pay,the lady from the reception called Patricija .After the call she said he has to pay for that and told me to call Patricija. I called and she didn't answer, I texted her and asked for an explanation to why she is forcing us to pay for something that she said would be included in the total price and she read the message but didn't reply. So my husband after arguing just paid. So be careful because they can charge you for something they said you don't need to pay for.
