Great, fast service! I currently use a Logi MX Ergo Plus and wanted a wired trackball that was close to the ergonomics of the MX Ergo for home use. This Perimice-520 fits the bill perfectly! Trackball, wheel, and buttons all feel good. The only thing I did was add some weight inside the base to make it feel more planted, as it felt top-heavy with just a hollow base.

Great products!! One item had delivery information incorrect and support responded quickly to email for status. That gives confidence in knowing theyre responsive should there be any issues.

Great Quality Product, I bought the Periboard-535 keyboard and wow I am impressed. This has to be the best keyboard I have ever used. I type a lot and go through keyboards like crazy. This one feels like it is going to be with me longer than most just by the sheer feel of the quality.

I also own a mouse they make and it has been great as well. I have had it for about a year and a half, better than I can say for some of the other brands out there.

This mouse is perfectly acceptable. It doesn't work for me but that's me not the mouse. It arrived quickly and had good hand feel.

The pricing is great and lead-time is awesome. I would have given a 5* but the keyboard does not have back legs to prop up the angle more.

Perixx marketing emails have nagged me twice to review my experience with them, and I don't have my order yet. The product is late vs. their initially stated delivery date. Maybe it's a good keyboard, but who can tell? However, I can tell their order fulfillment and marketing departments never seem to talk to each other.

First time I've purchased from Perixx. I was happy to see a European based company, even if the production has a Chinese connection. At least the design was proven German expertise. I will definitely return to the Perixx site in the future.

I needed a USB keyboard to send F1 to F12 signals to software, and the laptop (like many) does not allow the reprogramming of the F keys from their dedicated functions like volume or brightness up and down. This keyboard is well made, feels solid, keys give a slight tactual feedback, no clicking or noise. Backlighting is great. Compact size for portable operations.

I submitted a refund request and was responded to within 24-48 hours, via email, with a list of trouble-shooting tasks and told that if none of them solved the "loud and glitchy keys" to contact them for a replacement because it had been purchased more than 30 days ago. I replied the same day, advised them that I had completed the "to do list" but still found the keyboard to be extremely "rough", but more importantly, I explained that it had only been FIFTEEEN days (provided a copy of the Perixx email order confirmation), and that I'd like to process the return. Since then, I have contacted Perixx at least SEVEN times (via reply emails and new requests through their site). I am STILL waiting for a response, by someone, other than the automated reply email stating that "someone will contact me within 24 hours". It has now been more than a week, which definitely sends a very clear message that they are either incompetent (lacking the skill-set needed to process a return / reply to emails) or deceitful (waiting for the 30 day window to lapse). I will begin posting this review on every site possible until this issue gets resolved. Only make a purchase you are prepared to keep!

Was looking for a mechanical/ergo keyboard. I wasn't really interested in the split keyboards or the super weird ergonomic ones since I am not a good typist. Stumbled across Perixx and purchased the new ergo mechanical keyboard. I had one small technical issue which they were able to sort out for me (user error). This thing is great - my neck and shoulder pain is starting to subside, and the typing experience is outstanding. You don't really need to be a touch typist to use it and it's actually made my typing better as it forces my hands into a much more comfortable position. This is a well-made and designed keyboard and it doesn't break the bank. Once they release a wireless version I am making these the standard kit for my company.

I type more than 120 words a minute all day and half the night every day of the week. Those scissor keys and the white backlight are gold. The shorter keyboard is a godsend because the direction keys are at the end, not in the middle, of the keyboard, so easy to poke.

I tend to wear keyboards out. A key doesn't register as it should eventually. Letting everyone know that if you set that keyboard aside a few months when you bring out the new one, it recovers! This has happened several times.

Order was smooth, notifications were sufficient and devices arrived quickly.
