Their site is faulty or intended to mislead. Added a frame to my order as it was only an extra 14 USD, but when checking out, the frame is not in cart. I did not realize and paid for just a poster. I would never have purchased this insanely overpriced print with international shipping if it did not come with a frame, as it was supposed to. I attempted to recreate this scenario, and it does it every time, without any notice that the frame is being removed.

I also think this company is a scam and to be avoided. I ordered a framed print. What arrived was a broken frame and a print they had ruined by cutting it (lopping off part of the image) in order to make it fit the matting. At first they ignored my emails, demanding a refund. When I threatened to report them for fraud, they refunded my money. No one wrote me a word of apology, but I did at least get my money back. If anyone has come here frustrated and wondering what to do, tell the people at this terrible company that you'll report them.

I ordered a framed print from Period Prints. When I received it I was unhappy with the quality and requested to return the item for a refund under the company’s 30-day no quibbles free return policy. The response? Nothing. I’ve written twice to the company now and they simply do not reply. I am now contacting my credit card company. I definitely recommend avoiding purchases from this company.

I ordered two prints in two different sizes, A3 and A2.
I really should have read these reviews before, and now I always will.
The A2 picture is smaller than the A3, and squashed onto the middle of the page with most of the picture deleted.
The other picture is so dull as to be unusable.
I have also been overcharged.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY.
On delivery....I received tracking information two weeks ago which lead to nowhere and have waited two weeks beyond the stated delivery time. I tried to get in touch with them but all to no avail. Which in all likelihood means refunds are only possible in the small claims court. I have looked forward to receiving these prints for a while, especially as one was to be a replacement for a long lost and much beloved picture.
I cannot tell you how disappointed (and scammed) I feel.

Bought 2 great prints, superb quality, quick delivery, great price

Ordered 2 prints on BOGOF - arrived promptly but both poor quality - one usable but other appeared as if printer ink was running out and colours distorted. Plus print was too big for the frame and mount despite being sold as identical size. Asked for alternative or to return.

No reply to email, chat, WhatsApp, phone. No delivery note and no returns info.

Would never use again.

I purchased a print for my mother. when it arrived the quality was so poor it looked like their printer was running out of colour ink.
I have emailed, sent messages via their FB page and messenger plus attempted to phone but the number is 'out of use'
I am very disappointed and angry. I wish I had looked at these reviews before making my purchase. A terrible company! Do not buy from them!

The print, when it arrived, was virtually unrecognizable as the printing was so poor and the colours so distorted. I therefore attempted to contact the company to ask for another copy. Needless to say, phone calls were unanswered, ditto emails.

You sent me a print with the feet chopped off. I have wasted my money as the previous one you sent had part of the head and feet chopped off. Why would you send out a print like this??

Evri claimed to deliver, no item arrived. Immediately highlighted this to both Evri and Period Prints. Ignored for weeks, finally given a form to complete in order to receive a refund. It’s been 6 weeks, no refund, no response for weeks. Terrible service. Avoid.

Don't waste your money buying any prints from this company, they are are a total scam! I ordered 2 prints via their buy one get one free offer and they were both rubbish quality. One of them didn't even print properly; it looked like they had run out of ink! I emailed the company to request for a refund as the item was faulty. Their website advertises that they will respond within 24 hours but it's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received a response after multiple emails. Also no one picks up when you try to call the phone number on the website so this is bogus too. Really disappointing quality and service and should be avoided at all costs.

Has been two weeks, called and emailed several times. All I was given was a tracking number that Royal Mail didn’t recognise. Who knows if I’ll ever get my print. Not happy

Edited: When I finally did get a response they did offer to replace the item. Better communication could have avoided a fair bit of agro
