I am so sorry you haven't received your parcel yet. The courier attempted delivery twice with no answer and so the parcel is held at your local depot. Please navigate to your tracking link on your dispatch confirmation email to organise redelivery. If you would prefer to wait till the order is returned back to us, we can then issue a refund once processed by the returns team.

I paid for express delivery for next day took 3or4 days to get to me I got a gift box for a 60 ml bottle of perfume the box look like a shoe box wasn’t happy at all didn’t get my express delivery what I paid for and didn’t use the gift box

Hi Wendy, sorry to hear you weren't totally happy with the delivery time. I can see you ordered over Easter Bank Holiday weekend when our warehouse staff were taking a well earned rest. That will be the reason for the slight delay in dispatching your order.
Also sorry you weren't a big fan of the gift box - we usually get great feedback about these! There's an image of the gift box that you can see within the cart when you add this option to your order so our customers can get an idea of how the gift box looks.
