My initial phone call with Performance Finance and speaking to Susan was frankly a breath of fresh air. After talks with my bank who I'd been banking with for an eternity, it was a 'computer says no' attitude and robotic responses. I felt very let down by them.
Susan was the complete opposite to this. Very personable, friendly, professional, answering every question i had with confidence and reassurance. A few forms to fill out and confirmation within a day or two that funds would be available to me!
