Who is the chair massage suitable for Workers of all ages and mobilities: Sitting at a desk all day – this can lead to limited movement and insufficient exercise, resulting in muscle tension, stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. A massage provides much-needed relief. For those on their feet all day, like retail workers, teachers, etc dealing with tiredness and aching muscles is common. The opportunity to relive the strain, take a break, and simply unwind proves to be incredibly beneficial. In construction/manufacturing, where heavy lifting, operating machinery, and repetitive actions can strain your body, regular on-site massage proves effective in managing and preventing these problems. What is included: Each member of staff will receive: -A choice of desk massage, Indian head massage or seated acupressure chair massage ranging from 10 to 30 minutes -Consultation to tailor the treatment to individual needs -Choice of relaxing music -Relaxing lights (not suitable for desk massage) -Essential oil diffuser to create spa like atmosphere (optional).
