Terrible. They pretend to be UK based but they’re in china and the fridge magnet dogs head looks nothing like my uploaded picture. I’m not being picky it was brown and my dog is white with black bits! The mouth was just drawn on!
Laughably bad, it went in the bin and I learnt a lesson.

I didn't research the company as it gave the impression it was UK based. I had just lost my dog and grieving so I made an impulsive order. Well the result was disastrous, it looks nothing like my dog. They've sent it from China and I had to wait a long time for this disaster. Huge scam! Avoid!

Ordered about 2 weeks ago so delivery was a bit longer than stated, didn't have much hope at all after reading all the terrible reviews but my necklace with photo of our dog that passed away came today and is amazing exactly the same as his photo, gave necklace to my daughter and she was in tears, so pleased with it!

OK, after ordering a little cat sofa from Peppers Paradise I read the reviews and realised I had been deceived. It looks like a UK based company but is in fact a Chinese one,(I need to learn to always look for '.co.uk' not just '.uk') and most of the reviews were very very negative. So I resigned myself to the fact that I had been duped and would probably never receive the order, and if I did it would be of poor quality. But...I was regularly emailed about the status of my order, (which I didn't trust) and low and behold it was delivered within 3 weeks, and once opened, from it's vacuum packed wrapping, it sprang into life and is exactly what I expected. So apart from being misled about where the company is based, all my preconceptions were wrong. I am a happy customer, and so is my cat!

Really pleasantly surprised! I ordered before I saw the reviews on here so was quite concerned I’d either receive nothing, or what I did receive would be inferior quality, but I was genuinely thrilled with the likeness of my friend’s cat! Even down to the tiniest of markings on her nose, the fur patterns on her ears and back, and her tail! Wow! I would not hesitate to use these guys again, great price, packaged really well to prevent breakage. Amazing

Scam company! Do not buy from them. Ordered 3 toys, received 1, Could not get a refund. Total scam

Another awful company. My cats toy broke within a month but they are not responding after I refused a 20% refund. This toy should have lasted very much longer but Chinese rubbish. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I bought.

I ordered a dog coat and found that the measurements described on their website were not correct. I have asked for a refund 4 times now and this is the email I got:After reviewing your order, we have confirmed that the correct product was delivered to you. Please be aware that if you decide to return the item, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, if the product is lost in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for the loss. You must pay custom and other charges because products will return to Germany and waste your time because its long process 40% offer is better for you, if you agree please let us know then i will proceed.

If you still want a refund, let me know.
DO NOT order anything from them as after investigation, I found out that they overcharge for their goods and have zero customer service support!

Awful company. Took my order and my money and no items posted at all. I have chased and chased the teams to be told my enquiry has been passed on and someone will be intouch
This has been going on since November

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The parcel was lost and they keep saying it's at the parcel shop. Evri have said they need to put a claim in but they won't.
AND ITS SHIPPED FROM CHINA WHICH TOOK 3 WEEKS.

Ordered an XXXL coat for my GSD and received one that would just about fit a miniature Dachshund
Customer service was non existent with numerous emails telling me that i received the right item even though i sent Photo proof of sizing compared to their online chart
Then they had the nerve to ask us to pay for the return delivery.

Overpriced product (around £30 for a cheaply made plastic cat fountain) was of such poor quality that it would be a risk to leave it unattended (since it would be plugged in). I wanted to return it, but delivery costs were higher than the product.

Do not use this company .. they are scamming people saying they are doing personalised items unique to your dog or cat.. I ordered a handmade figurine of my paralysed and incontinent dog sent numerous pictures and a video to them they assured me they could do it to my requirements.. when it came it looked nothing like my dog at all and in a normal sitting position which she can not sit in..it has lots of chips on it and looks like a child has painted it... they have taken the listing down off there site due to a lot of complaints like mine for this item.. they still have other item listing's on but not for this item that has had so many bad reviews... please be aware of this company it is not uk based and is very fraudulent. Check all the reviews

The one thing my partner asked me for Christmas was a personalised keyring of our new little puppy. I ordered on the 9th January, and today 19th January still no delivery. After numerous emails back and forth ‘ we have passed it on to the correct time’ ‘ we’ll be with you in 5-8 days’ I have chased and chased and still nothing. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted the keyring as it was a Christmas present. Terrible customer service, no tracking updated, I’m convinced they haven’t even sent it. Wish I’d have seen these terrible reviews before purchasing a £15 keyring.

Ordered 2 custom keychains. Firstly, it took almost a month to arrive, so I couldn't give it as a gift when I’d hoped to. When it did finally arrive one of the keychains was engraved incorrectly, so I asked them to send a replacement.
In response, they first asked for more information from me. After providing this, they asked for the photo I submitted and a photo of the keychain.
They then said the photo matches the image on the keychain, so I reiterated that the engraving was the issue, not the image. They then simply repeated that the quality was fine and they don’t intend on doing anything about it.
At this point I was frustrated, so I repeated (for the THIRD time) that it was the engraving that was the problem, and the quality is not good as it was not what I ordered and insisted that they either sent a replacement or gave me a refund and I would return both products. In response they just said they’d pass on the complaint to another team… I haven’t heard back since.
This company clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or complains, especially considering a replacement would only cost £10 (for a customer, less for them).

Absolutely horrendous experience being scammed out of my grief! I lost my beloved dog in May and I wanted to get a figurine made to honour her and place next to her urn.. what I received was a joke it looked nothing like her and looked as though it was painted by a 5 year old. I realised they had stole images from an Etsy shop and once i mentioned this to them via email they removed the product from the shop. I disputed the payment with my bank to get a refund and they challenged the dispute but luckily my bank is on my side so hopefully I win the dispute. Please avoid this company

Waited a month for the cat toy I ordered
Worked for one day
I contacted them for refund or replacement and said not possible as I’d had it a week and the product only has 5 day guarantee ! Basically said send to Germany if you wish but you pay costs both ways ! Total rip off . Lesson learnt read reviews before buying . They’ve reduced the item by 50% online now but won’t refund me any money . Do not buy from them

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. Ordered early December, didn’t come until 31st December. Not as advertised, only resemblance to pet was they painted it similar colour, not hand made to likeness as advertised, just a generic dog head. Extremely disappointed and waste of time and money. Can’t give it as the intended gift as it’s embarrassing. Having looked at reviews and seen difficulties others have had, not even bothered trying for refund. Lesson learnt. Never use this again. Absolutely awful.
