Excellent customer service recently. Also the bar stools I bought a few years from Peppermill are brilliant - friends often comment on them.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Peppermill Interiors in Staffordshire, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! We purchased the stunning Jasper Velvet Dining Chair and the Oversized Sheffield Dining Table, and they have truly transformed our dining space.

Great selection of unusual furniture, friendly staff in shop and very responsive over the email. We bought a lot furniture from there and still having sneaky pick on website what's new.

Delivery was on time and the guys who delivered were polite and professional.
All of the wrapping was removed for me and took away.

Buyer beware. I wish I saw the negative reviews before purchasing with Peppermill Interiors.

I purchased my dining table for £1,720 in July 2024, less than a year later I noticed the table was already showing cracks. I contacted the company to inform them of my issues as the table is still under warranty.

I confirmed with them that the table is not in a conservatory/orangery and we did not have underfloor heating. They clearly acknowledged with me that this situation should not be occurring and their email clearly states “While natural wood can react to extreme heat, it is highly unusual for this kind of movement to occur simply due to warmer summer temperatures. This should not be happening.”. I requested a return for refund as it is under warranty.

Disappointingly, their following email was shockingly change of tone, they now claim that the tabletop splitting, cracks appearing and joints separating is a ‘natural and expected occurrence’. I had already explained that I have herringbone flooring as well as multiple wood furniture in the same room with the table and I had no issues with any wood items for many years, yet their table within a year has started cracking.

How they can twist things around to say that this is normal is beyond me, this table is now not usable because any food/liquid could soak into these cracks and worsen the issue.

As they refused a refund, I asked for an exchange. They then refused this despite my product being under warranty. They’ve failed to offer any kind of resolution or even good will, despite this being under warranty. If this is a natural occurrence, why don’t they offer an exchange and take back their natural wood cracked splitting table.

I have purchased from many high end furniture companies and I am shocked at their response, which falls short of any reasonable standards. If you market yourself as a high end furniture store, then provide the right service promised. If a product is clearly under warranty, and you acknowledged the issue should not happen, provide the refund/exchange applicable!

Worth nothing as well that their tables don’t come ready to use as the weathered oak staining wipes straight off, so you have pay them extra to put Osmo oil on or do it yourself.

I’ve now wasted over £1,720 on a table in just less than a year. Deeply disappointedly as it is not a small amount of money for us to save up. Peppermill Interiors, I hope karma finds you well.

I purchased the Amelia leather dining chair after a lengthy search online for real leather chairs that suited my kitchen. After negotiating the delivery charge (which was excessive), I placed the order and the chairs arrived within days.
I was delighted to see that they were fully assembled and well packaged. The chairs are beautiful, well made and have exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I would highly recommend this company, even though the delivery charges were expensive!

I had an excellent experience with this company when purchasing a set of Luxor Wood and Metal Stacking Chairs. They answered my initial questions and helped me place a pre order. The items were delivered promptly and when two of the chairs were faulty they swiftly arranged for replacements to be sent. They are well made chairs at a good price.

Fantastic service the table is absolutely stunning, this was made specially as the range has been discontinued the result far exceeds our expectations, the delivery team assembled the table and left the house spotless. I cannot thank everyone enough.

Have 8 dining chairs and 2 bar stools from Peppermill over recent years. They look gorgeous and are comfortable. Recently some of the screws kept coming out of the back of some of the chairs and it seemed like the thread was broken when I tried to put them back in. I contacted customer services, Isobel spoke to their workshop and they sent out a solution for me within 2 days! Brilliant customer service, beautiful products of good quality and great price.

Ordered 2 sheepskin chairs from Peppermill interiors they were so fabulous had to order 2 more! From start to finish the company was so helpful. First 2 chairs arrived on a pallet which was not what I wanted being in a 2nd floor apartment but when I wanted another 2 they said no problem we can send them by courier which they did - the couriers were super helpful carried them up to my apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

I was really impressed with this company. Purchased four bar stools (only company where we could find the ones we wanted). They were actually in stock so they’re not operating as a middle-man and keeping customers waiting a long time like many other companies do. We were going on holiday so I emailed customer services and they replied straight away saying they’d hold the order back until we were home. First Monday after we got back, the chairs arrived. Great products and customer services.

Fantastic company very well priced well made furniture where you can look at the website and see everything in the shop and also actually pick things up from the shop which is very unusual these days. The showroom was outstanding with so much choice and the staff were all very friendly without being pushy.

I ordered 4 dining chairs (Hammerwich dining chairs with gunmetal frame in Vintage grey) and they arrived in perfect condition. The chairs are just perfect - the right height, colour and very comfortable. They look great. I'm very pleased with them. Good company, excellent products!
