北疆旅途劳顿，乘车时间太久。每餐都吃一样的东西，不好吃！ 风景很美，只是分离的太远，应该缩减旅途，集中几个地方停留。没有丝路好。。失望！

I recently took an 12-days trip to Eastern Europe (PED) and I had the best experience! We explored, learned so much about the culture/history, enjoyed nice hotels felt completely safe, I would feel very comfortable. Our tour guide, Wei Chen was amazing! He is the best tour guide so far on my 4th trip with Peony. I’m looking forward to my next trip with Peony goes as good as this one.

Our tour guide Caro Hsu is great! She is very knowledgeable and humorous. Most importantly she is very sincere! We enjoyed her services and will recommend her to our friends.

Caro is a good tour guide

We enjoyed our Yangtze River Adventure (Upstream) recently in September 2025.

The itinerary as well as our tour host Jean was wonderful. We also had some non-Mandarin speaking guests and fortunately Jean as well as the local tour guides spoke English.
The hotel accommodations, the meals provided, local guides and venues were well worth the value we paid.

One of the biggest suggestion for the Peony tour operators is to offer optional paid seating for the first 3 rows of the bus for guests who have motion sickness through winding roads to the venue.

We have already planned our next Peony tour for 2026 since we have had many positive experiences and fond memories in our past vacations with Peony. I highly recommend others to explore the many vacations venues that Peony offers.

Only one hotel Crowne Plaza, the waiter so rude and yelling for our team. The service so bad.

Our guides Henry Huang and 秦亞𠓾、Chris Lin are very good. We are taken care of very well.
The luxurious tour bus was excellent.

I found a tour for my parent! Tour guide and driver are very know how to take care elderly people. They arranged so well for different age groups in the tour!

Great hotels, food and tour guides.

9月4號去北歐團，一路上安排都好好，樣樣都好好，唯一就係小費和自費好混亂及混淆，這是我個人的意見。

另外給司機的一個👍✅他非常專業開車非常小心感謝他的努力⋯⋯及導遊Sam Lin👍✅⋯⋯他雖然祗替了幾天但很盡責及有親和感，多謝😊他！

Surprise after surprise !!!

1) beside 2 optional Tours were purchased there were “4” recommended activities from $ 8-40 euro were asked by tour guide when we arrived?? It should be included with other 2. Not to offer when we are on our trip.

Briksdal Glacier National Park local buffet cost 40 euro can only sit in the downstair without views or good food , not worth the money!
The one to Hotel Stalheim Panoramic View Exclusion cost 8 euro, not everyone pay but everyone gets to go???? It should cost no money to anyone, Peony can cover the parking fees!
Tour guide will asked to have whole trip’s tips to be paid on day 8 ? Then notified us there will be a replacement tour guide for rest of the tour from day 9.
On Day 9 when there were 2 members did not go back to bus on time, he can not recognize who they were and need one of tour member to go with him to look for them, on top of it, non of us has new tour guide’s contact number at time.
Excuse for changing the tour guide in the middle of our tour was not acceptable!
Can not be work excessive days in Europe?
To have him work on our trip is Company mistake or his own responsibility?
Our cabin on DFDS Seaway was on 4th floor, which was too too noisy, to sleep, the cruise moving motor must right under the floor!

I wonder if I did not buy all additional activities, what else would I see or do???

Definitely will not recommend this trip to anyone!

Very exciting trip, very happy trip and nice travel guide

The entire journey was very satisfactory with an exception of one dinner with beef and chicken. The food was really poor in cooking. I was very disappointed…,This was my second time facing the same issues in my journey.

it is very good trip to Greece and our main tour agent
is excellent. I love to listen to every Greek Mythology story she told. Music and movie used on bus is excellent.

All Greece and Island Scenic are beautiful.

The beautiful places we went in Greece and Turkey. The only bad experience is the leather manufacturing fashion show to force me buying leather jacket was too expensive . The local tour.guide force me to give the price to buy something I don’t need.

I spent $600 for a lamb skin reversible leather jacket and when I self tour in Turkey on leather shop ask them. They sell for $150 without bargains.

I feel the shop in Turkey cheated me.
I want to get refund because I don’t need this jacket

1. To combine cruise and land tour is a brilliant idea.
2. Tour leader is considerable enough for entire trip.
3. Hotels and meals are selected well.
