We’ve reviewed your case in detail and would like to clarify the level of contact made. Over a two-week period, we made two call attempts and sent a total of two SMS messages. The only emails sent by us were in direct response to your own emails while you were engaged with the process.
When you contacted us to advise that your circumstances had changed, your request was in the process of being handled. The SMS sent shortly after was part of a standard follow-up to help progress your case; however, your email had not yet been actioned at that exact time. Had it been processed sooner, your case would have been closed without any further contact. (I can now confirm it has been closed).
We fully appreciate how this may have felt from your perspective, and we apologise for any frustration caused. That said, we do not believe the level of communication constituted excessive contact, as our intention was simply to support and progress your case efficiently.

Informative and personalised advice
Pension Works have kept me well informed and have taken my circumstances and preferences in to account when providing personalised advice. When giving information about myself I was able to express myself fully in my own words instead of having to select options from a menu. I believe the product they have recommended meets my needs better than I expected.

Guidance through Special Pension conditions
Alison helped guide me through the process of what could have been very lengthy. Even down to he Financial advisor who helped me & explained what was the correct decision to take with what I thought was correct in doing when with me having special conditions linked to both pensions that I have with my previous employer.

Great Customer Service
I felt I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Alistair guided me through the process so I could achieve exactly what I required. Alison and Daniel were on hand to answer all my questions when they arose. Phone calls and emails were answered very promptly. All in all i was vey happy.

Outstanding
Being thrust into unexpected unemployment at 57 is a terrifying situation so I decided to tap into my private pensions early in a hope of retiring whilst I still have a degree of health to enjoy it.
Having no idea what or how to to start the process I happened upon Pension Works , from the first phone call it was clear that this company was head and shoulders above any of the others I had initially contacted, from that point on they helped me through what is a daunting process and removed all of the stress that goes with such a sudden change in life.
I must give special mention to both Alastair Milner who provided extremely sound advice and steered me away from making costly mistakes with my pension pots, also special mention to Daniel Woodier who took over the reigns post advice and assisted me tirelessly with my constant emails, Daniel kept me constantly up to date with the progress, no chasing on my part was ever needed. Both of you deserve a huge bonus, thank you both for your help and your confident handling of my case which gave me the ability to relax at a somewhat stressful time.
Pension Works has been simply an eye opener to me and demonstrates there are still some companies that are able to surpass even the highest level of professionalism, you all are an example of how a business should be run, thank you all again.

Thouroughly recommended
Regulations dictate that you need very specialist advice when talking final salary pensions, so with that in mind I was advised to talk to Pension Works. I was very impressed by how thourough they were and the fact that they understood my needs. It felt good to know they were on my side as it were. I would recommend Pension works who make a complex situation very simple.

Don’t use pension works.
They are great at sending you the initial questionnaire. But try to contact them after 3 months waiting and their phones lines cut you off immediately. They don’t give you an email address to talk to your case worker so you can’t act them that way either. I’ve had to leave a new customer request to see if anyone will actually get in touch. When they do I’ll be cancelling everything and finding a proper reputable company. Disgusting service.

I have checked our phone lines and I am unable to see any missed or attempted calls from the number that we hold for you on our system.
Our biweekly emails have been sending to you and have been opened. Our emails contain our phone number (0800 756 1288) in addition to having the opportunity to reply to the email to receive an update from our team.
Finally, I am unable to locate a new customer enquiry from you.
I can confirm that I have emailed you this morning, I have left you a voicemail and have also sent you a text to arrange for a suitable time to call you to discuss the above and I will await for you to reply.
