Amazing service extremely helpful from the get go great advice
Meetings were done over zoom everything explained would highly recommend this company

Very proactive guiding you through the onboarding process making it easy to understand. Happy so far.

Everything is explained plainly and concisely, you are treated as an individual and any queries are explained and dealt with until you are happy. The personal touch is second to none and it is emphasised that their business is not successful unless their clientele is successful.Old fashioned ethics that work.

Top advisers all of the way ,very informative and held my hand all of the way.
Knowledgeable and actually do what they say they will do.

Discussing my pension at retirement age was a whole new area for me. Everyone I spoke to in the company were helpful, informative and were able to guide me through the process while respecting my decisions. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs support with their pension.

Excellent customer service. Well informed throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great, fast service with everything explained along the way… really helpful and friendly staff too!

from start to finish it was an efficient service with every contact being polite and friendly. Having put off addressing the need to sort my various pensions out it was made simple and its a relief to have finally done it

Very well explained, time given to contemplate between meetings, no forceful telephone call ups, plain sailing all the way

I had been putting off a full review of my 6 workplace pensions for some time as it was such a daunting task. I knew where my pensions were and also knew that some of them were not performing brilliantly and admin fees were high on some.
We all have such busy lives with work and family it was another task I couldn’t face.
I am so glad I found Pension Pulse as they were extremely professional and supportive throughout the process and fulfilled what I wanted to achieve. They listened to me and didn’t rush me at all whilst gently guiding me through the entire process. They had to chase me a few times which was not annoying at all (I needed the reminders)! All has now been concluded and i look forward to the next few years where I will hopefully reap the benefits of their advice and management of my pension.
I would definitely recommend them.

Great comms. Good advice, made transferring my pension easy, hopefully will see a better return for my money.

I could say so much about my experience but will stick to the facts.
I wanted to review one of my pensions to release some capital. I was struggling after speaking to several pension advisors due to certain restrictions, this was due to the type of pension policy.
I managed to find Pension Pulse and after going through my policy details and where others could not help me, Pension Pulse could.
I was very pleased with the first call from them which gave me full confidence for them to act on my behalf.
From start to finish, the team at Pension Pulse were absolutely outstanding, very professional, kept in contact with me all the steps of the way.
I cannot, and being totally honest, fault Pension Pulse with any part of the process, giving me the professional advice all the way. I would definitely advise anyone who is looking for advise to get in touch with them.

My experience with Pension Pulse was first class from the initial discovery call all the way through to managing the transfer of my pension. Contact is always professional and polite and they always respond to queries promptly. Definitely recommended.

I had to withdraw money from my pension recently for an emergency and I was very worried about doing this.
I would highly recommend Pension Pulse as their team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially Xander Fielder-Brown and Becci Sullivan who kept me informed during the whole process… this is now completed and I couldn’t be happier
