Dawn Toma of Pension Potential took the time and patience to explain every option so that I understood exactly which Pension Annuity option was best and most suitable for me. By far the best and easiest Pension consultant I have encountered!

A very competent and very professional staff. She is a very good listener and very confident in this profession. She knows the stuff absolutely. Thanks for your help.

After a slight glitch due to a mis-communication by the pension provider, Pension Potential telephoned me and dealt with my case immediately, keeping me informed with every update by phone and email. Pension Potential were so friendly and explained everything clearly. Exceptionally professional customer service and a highly recommendable company.

Dawn was extremely professional and friendly she explained the process from start to end thank you.

My experience using pension potential was really useful from the offset from phoning and booking telephone appointments to the final steps the phone calls I was told I’d be getting were exactly to the times and days specified with no delays whatsoever the information given to me was really useful and accurate for what I needed thanks to Dawn I would recommend you to anyone that was in the same position as me thank you

The two members of staff Dawn & Chris who I have corresponded with from Pension Potential have been so helpful. They were professional at all times as well as patient & explained things calmly & had a good sense of humour too.

Very helpful, took her time to go over information.

The initial contact and process has been superb. The website and then follow up call has been well organised. The process to complete the applications is well done and easy to follow.
I am a current Financial Adviser although about to retire, so I already understand what I want and the terms however Dawn went through the different options very well and reiterated areas so that I didn't miss anything.
I can't comment on the whole process as I haven't yet actually set up the annuity however I don't expect any issues. Very impressed.

Great and friendly advice from Dawn. Helped me through all the steps to complete my pension

Guidance Consultant was very helpful and provided all the guidance we required.

A pleasure to deal with, they found the best annuity deal for my pension pot, they did the legwork to find the best deal as opposed to myself spending endless hours researching the market. As the annuity market can be a minefield to negotiate to get a good deal and unless you know what your doing it is best left to the professionals.

I HAD A GREAT AND A MEMORABLE

Dawn Toma of Pension Potential was able to sort out the Annuity for me in a timing fashion without getting me involved in this complex legal area of employment retirement pensions.
