Thank you for your feedback Andrew.
We are sorry to hear that your recent experience has not been very positive.
We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to access pension funds. We are working closely and continuously with our administrators and trustee to improve this element of the service for all customers - Our online withdrawal process is now active and available to use.
We recognise that accessing funds can sometimes be time consuming and so are always striving to make it as straightforward as possible, while still meeting the important safeguards and UK legislation.
We appreciate your invaluable feedback and have now improved the service for all.
