The pen was a little crooked in the writing, but it is fine. I’m just very upset still about the tariff fee. You advertise that the pens are made in the USA yet you send out for the pens and engrave here in the USA. False advertisement. I will not be ordering from your company again.

I love the product have been ordering pens for years. I was shorted 2 pens or just in general shorted on my last few orders. I definitely hate the tariffs on the pens also.

We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating. The tariff fee was added in response to new U.S. import regulations that are currently affecting many industries, including ours. These changes help us continue to offer a wide range of quality products while adapting to increased sourcing costs. The tariff is based on current U.S. trade policy and could change depending on future government deci-sions. We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts!
