I am not going to pay for these ersatz refills. They are ink and not gel as the originals were. I will return the “refills” at my expense but not pay for these ersatz refills. You may think you will sell more pens with this strategy but not to me

I have pens that look exactly like the diamond stylus pens and these were supposed to fit that pen. They don't fit the pens and they write like cheap bic ball point pens. I tried to return them but y'all won't take them back and issue a refund so now I'm stuck with a whole bunch of pen refills I can't use.

I asked for replacement cartridges for the Diamond pen, the originals of which were gel ink. These replacements were not gel ink. Very disappointed.
