I wish they showed me virtually how my mug will look like. I did not like how the wording was placed all around the mug instead of only on one side of the handle that I would have liked (smaller fonts would have helped).

I choose this product because its quality mugs. Then give it out for token gift for people when family have occasion.

We are very disappointed with our order. Rather than placing our logo on the side of the cup (which was the proof we approved), the logo was placed opposite the handle--a very weird placement, not a mistake on just a few mugs, but on the entire order--dozens of mugs (see photos). When we first brought this to the company's attention, we were offered a 30% discount on the order. That wasn't okay. It wasn't about the money. This isn't a product we would be proud to sell or to give out. When we requested that the mug be remade based on the proof we approved, I was informed that they would provide a refund but would not remake the mugs. Here was the reason they offered: "We do not recommend a replacement order as it may yield the same results." Based on the fact that they cannot guarantee the quality of work that they boast on their website, I will not use this company for any future promotional items, nor would I suggest the company to others.

This is the second time I've ordered mugs from you. This time the logo is on the opposite side of the cup as the handle, which is odd placement. To me it's been the norm to put it on one side or the other with the handle either to the right or to the left. I would imagine that is how it was layed out on the proof I approved...that said, I didn't know placing it like that was a thing. Next time I order I guess I'll have to talk to a person before I approve the design.

Pen.com in the past was a great company to work with until they were bought by foreigners and their quality and customer service went greatly downhill. However, since their price was so good on these mugs I bought them even though they haven't been good to deal with lately. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, quality, fast shipping and overall good customer service and ease of buying.
