App is useless it makes you add 5 pensions and wouldn't let me move on so I just added any pension then it says "transfers" and wouldn't let me move on again so deleted useless app. DON'T BOTHER.

This does not sound like the correct user journey and it may be the case that your app was subject to a temporary bug. You should never get stuck on any step during the onboarding process.

WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU
What they Don't Tell You is if you want to access your Pot at 55 in a lump sum it will take between 3 to 6 months for you to receive the Funds as apparently they're more setup for Saving for Retirement.
I've only a Small Pot but this is Ridiculous & if I'd been aware at the beginning would have used another search provider.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. The Penny app is geared towards the consolidating and growing of your pension pot. This has meant the withdrawal aspect of our service hasn't has been as quick or user friendly as other parts if managing your Penny Pension.
You can always transfer out from Penny anytime for free where you may have a better experience in this part of your pension journey. We have a tab in the app that provides you with all the info and instructions on getting this setup.
We are actively working on providing an improved withdrawal system to help our users make more informed decisions and improved outcomes for all.

Penny turned out to be an excellent choice when looking for a fund to accommodate my various pensions.
The process is really straightforward and Penny chased any delayed transfers.
The team there are very proficient and communication is fast.

User friendly
I only downloaded the app about a week ago but already they've located 3 of my pensions. Communication/prompts on the app are very user friendly and understandable. For someone with little pension knowledge it's been a huge help.
Used the live chat today and the responses were clear and prompt.
