Arrived on time but looks as if the box…
Arrived on time but looks as if the box has been dropped. The handle has burst through the box, little packaging and the handle is now skewed. I have tried to attach the pictures taken but cannot seem to be able to attach them. Hence just 3 stars.

Worst customer service of my life.
I have never had worse customer service in my life. The customer service agent I was dealing with regarding my order keeps continually ignoring my emails. The issue in question is the price of an item I’ve bought. They were selling on sale but when you go to click on the item to buy it on the penguin home website the offer doesn’t show up on the checkout. And I’ve purchased this item and only realised afterwards. This is misleading information and they are refusing to send me back my full refund. Please do not shop from here unless you want to be robbed.

My item arrived broken
My item arrived broken, the whole table top had come off the base. Contacted penguin immediately with a picture to arrange a return and refund three weeks ago. They aren’t refunding me, despite promising to, and will ignore my emails to chase the issue. Funny enough they contact me right away when I leave my bad review, asking me to take it down and promising to refund me once this is done. I’ve taken this review down twice and never received my refund, so I’m afraid it’s here to stay this time Penguin. Customers deserve to know that you deliver broken items, refuse to refund them for it, and on top of that waste weeks of my time and countless emails, make false promises. So poor. I’m £100 down and left with a massive box of broken table that I don’t know what to do with. There have been so many chances to make this experience positive, but now I’m absolutely furious and out of pocket.

Service was prompt and my cooking pot arrived in excellent condition (very well packed and wrapped). I am really pleased with this cooking pot, it's a good size (7 litres), good looking with a handy measuring guide inside the pot.
