Peninsula Air Conditioning Pty Ltd Anmeldelser

We were very satisfied with the service. All the work took place on the roof of our apartment so we didn’t see the action but even though there was constant rain periods the boys completed the installation. Every thing is working fine and the communication was excellent.

Great job. Really happy.

Always pleasant and helpful to work with, answered all my questions.
Staff that attended my house were always respectful and friendly.
Good communication from office staff too

The Peninsula Air team arrived on time, were polite and considerate, completed the works exactly as they said they would, worked very hard during the day and tidied up when finished. They overcame difficulties with no fuss or concern. Sako helped with the final details and set up. All in all a very easy process for something so invasive as cutting holes in most ceilings.

Good people to deal with from sales to installation.

I have been using Peninsular Airconditioning for servicing for a number of years and the work has always been to a high standard.
I had no hesitation in selecting them to upgrade my system to the latest Airtouch Smart Controllers and zoning. The result is remarkable. The new system is very user friendly and I am sure it will be more efficient.

Was on time and install was professional

The supplier provided quick feedback on a compatibility question I asked and had the product i wanted in stock. Great job!!

Super professional, friendly and capable team - from the office to the job all departments were a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the product and services are high end.

Peninsular Air was great to deal with, from the initial contact to quote and installation. Timing was not as fast as I would have liked but other companies were just a busy when we called around - that's the challenging of doing A/C work in summer I guess. Everything was good on the install day, cleaned up their mess, no complaints. Will be our go-to A/C from now on.

The technicians arrived on time and installed the air conditioner without fuss and no mess. Friendly and efficient.

Quick delivery, price lower than in other places. :)

They arrived early, plastic sheets were immediately laid over the carpet, shoes/boots left outside, always friendly and polite. The job was completed much earlier than I expected. It's only been tested at this stage we don't really need air-cond (weather is mild) but the test seemed to go very well. The crew cleaned up well before departure and even took away some refuse from a neighbour's roof space. Also, the electrician took some photos of the roof space where some water was getting in. We were pretty impressed.

Great installation. Lovely people, owner and installers were professional but friendly. Good communication throughout. Good price. Very clear and quick responses. Highly recommended.

The people from when we first met the Manager doing the quote and to the installation team were excellent.
Nothing was a problem, good communication, very tidy, cleaned up after and extremely polite. Would highly recommend them.

Every thing perfect thanks. The men cleared up and took rubbish away and working very well

Really good communication from start to finish. Really good quote and they were a pleasure to deal with.

On time, efficient and tidy.

Installation team was on time to start, worked consistently well together, overcame some access issues with building inventively, completed work within the day as promised and cleaned up well after themselves.
Work was excellent quality and provided guidance and instructions for use before leaving.
Very happy with service and attitude.
