I would definitely order from them again! Their customer service is excellent. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
I ordered a pair of retro Air Jordan’s, but once they arrived, I noticed a small mark. I immediately took and picture and sent an email to customer service asking for a replacement pair. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back or how they would respond given that the mark wasn’t huge. Nevertheless, customer service responded right away and worked with me to find a replacement pair. They also offered a discount on a future purchase. I was impressed with how nice they were and how much they wanted to make sure I was pleased. You really don’t see this type of customer service anymore. I will order more shoes from them.

SCAM. Pretty sure my product was a plastic counterfeit and Daniel (which by the way who's company email is run by a person not the company) started to ignore my emails when i asked for a return. DO NOT BUY HERE

I ordered Jordans for my husband's birthday. I placed the order through PayPal and it was an easy process.

I presented him the shoes on his birthday only to discover they run big and I should have purchased a half size smaller.

I contacted the business inquiring how to complete an exchange for a different size and their response time was nothing but exceptional! Daniel returned my emails promptly and assisted me in making the exchange. The customer service was amazing. I would definitely order from this site again!

Please DO NOT order from this store/site. Paid over $180 for shoes that are not authentic. A replacement pair was sent and same issue. The shoes wreaked of glue and are plastic. I requested a refund and in order to receive it I have to mail the shoes back to Vietnam! It cost $50-$90 per box to ship. And that’s if I’m lucky it does not get lost in transit. Total scam!

They're nice. I haven't bought shoes in over 3yrs or less.? This is a dope brand. I love everything here. Anyway these shoes are 🕊️💸 fly. I will be purchasing more soon.

i have ordered sneakers on Sept 19th, and i got notification on Sept 23rd that sneakers were delivered on 20th. the picture of delivery was fake.
this is very well run scam, and i cannot believe i fell for it.

Absolute garbage website. They say there’s a 12 hour cancellation policy, they will not honor it. Impossible to get a hold of anyone and good luck getting your product. I would say I’m the outlier with this bad review but judging from the other reviews, this seems to be consistent with other customers’ experiences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE DISPENSABLE CASH TO THROW AROUND. Very disappointed in myself for falling for their crap scam.

100% total scam. I never got my shoes. The information (EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER) on their website doesn't work.
This company, Nguyen Thi Hao, responded with a bogus tracking number.

This seller/site is a scam. When you initially place an order, a charge goes through Paypal to a random person (mine was sent to someone named Ngo Van Cung). When I finally received my order, I found that the shoes were not the correct color as what was advertised on the site. Also, if you check the details on their website (address, customer service contact #), you'll notice that they are not legitimate.

I'm going to see if I can initiate a return, get a refund from the seller, or submit a claim through Paypal. Unsure if customer service will even respond to my follow up emails at this point. Save yourself the trouble of getting your hopes up only to find out you were scammed of your money and time.

DO NOT BUY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! WIL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. FAKE SHOES!! THEY WANT YOU TO PAY $71 TO RETURN TO CHINA SOMEWHERE!! PISSED!!

They are scammers. Send shoes from NYC, and want you to return to Vietnam. PayPal is aiding them, and will not help. The shoes are counterfeit and PayPal keeps letting them sell.
Edit 9/11 - after 2 weeks of going back and forth with PayPal they closed the case in my favor and refunded me. Seller wanted me to ship back to Vietnam and the address they provided was not a valid address. I had to jump through hoops with PayPal and was a pain. Got my money back but the company scams PayPal as well and will probably close and reopen as a new company.

STAY FAR AWAY! Money goes to someone in Singapore via PayPal. They will charge you for Products that are Unavailable! Was offered (3) Replacement Shoes that turned out to be Out of Stock! They REFUSE TO OFFER ME A REFUND!
Website Tracking of Orders is a Farse. Website states Company is out of Florida, product is shipped from "Peter" in Chicago? The Phone Number on their Website doesn't work. They DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS either. What a SCAM! I have reported them to BBB and my Bank!

Fake shoes!!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered a side 12 and they were definitely a size 10. I then ordered the same pair of shoes from a legitimate site and the ones from pelopel are 100% fake!!

My son sent me a link to purchase a pair of Air Jordan’s so I did. After the purchase, a confirmation came through with the name:
Ti Hao Nguyen not the name of a store. HUGE red flag!!! The biggest mistake I made was not looking up reviews on this seller before making the purchase. The seller will dish out B.S. on how they take the customer’s experience seriously yet it’s like talking to a brick wall trying to get a refund. They sent a different color than ordered. The “leather” is wrinkled all over the shoes. I’m 100% sure the material is pleather (cheap vinyl). Save your money.

Spent 189 bucks on a pair of shoes a week ago. No tracking number ever provided, no email to contact them, and a phone number that dont work. i want my shoes or my money

They responded really fast and were able to resolve my issue in less than a day. They've been polite and helpful. And the delivery came very fast.

Scam fake shoes don't order they are bootleg order #14 fake hordand came in #11 shoe box

Horrible Customer Service!!! They claim that they will cancel your order and refund you if you cancel your order within 12 hours. I canceled my order within minutes. They offered to send me a different pair and I said no so they shipped the ones I ordered anyways. Do not order from this site!!! I will be returning once I receive them and putting in a claim with PayPal so they have to refund the full amount including shipping.

It's a scam. They're using PayPal for checkout, which you don't know until you get the confirmation email. Their email address doesn't work. They claim they will cancel your order if you do so within 12 hours which is a lie. Their "customer service"/tracking gave me a bogus link for "help canceling my order"
They need shut down. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this seller.

Stay away from these counterfeit scammers.

Have lodged a claim with PayPal and Visa.
Scumbags advertising genuine products but in fact just shipping knock offs.
