Abhorrent service
I had a very negative experience with this shop. I purchased a bag and decided to return it immediately. At first, the staff refused to provide a refund even though consumers law clearly states that they are obligated. Only after 24 hours of negotiations did they agree to reimburse me via bank transfer. However, more than a week later, I have still not received the payment and the transaction has not been cancelled even though I gave the bag back.
This lack of professionalism and failure to honor their own commitment is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this shop to others.
EDIT * European consumer law takes precedent over Italian law. Your answer shows a lot about who you are as a company, and the fact that after several months I'm still waiting for a refund even though I gave you the bag back on the same day tells me everything I need to know. Hopefully this prevents other people being scammed.

If you do have a receipt then send it to me because I have not been credited. That is not the law I was referring to by the way.
