Sent wrong item, I showed photos and screen shots of order and item received. Argued that it was correct yet offered me 12USD for an incorrect order worth 48.18USD. Avoid at all costs!

They sent me something completely different to what i ordered, its also of very poor quality.
Took Months to arrive and offered me compensation of 4 dollars when i spent 86 dollars for a mistake they made, absolute scammers, dont make the same mistake i did.

Very disappointed in product purchased. Ordered a limited 100th aniversary ducati motorcycle whisky decanter. After waiting weeks for arrival, they sent a cheap Harley Davidson glass bottle. Like the bottle used for perfume. Will never buy again. Total Scam !!!

Fraudulent company, takes your money, delivers the wrong product, refuses to change it and offers 15% refund, AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS, it should be taken down.

I've ordered (L.F.C. 134th Anniversary Liver Bird Crystal Whiskey Decanter x2) from pelintrvne on saturday 13th june and from the day i ordered till now 4 weeks later I never recieved and tracking number or any information where my package is!!! And whe i demand for my money back they don't want!!

I saw an ad on Facebook it was a jumper cable with quick connect sockets and I just received the item after 3 weeks, the cable that I got it's not even worth 5£ it is so poor quality and the copper is so thin I don't even thing that it will work even it does it will fail, the price was too good to be true I dont usually do anything like this but there you go

This site is a scam ! I paid almost 100$ for real crystal mugs and received cheap painted plastic! I asked for a refund and return policy, there is none!

I purchased two cups from pelintrvne.com and was extremely disappointed when the products delivered were nowhere near what I had ordered. The quality was poor, and the design completely deviated from the descriptions and images on their website.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund in exchange for returning the items, I was met with indifference and a refusal to resolve the issue. Despite providing clear evidence of their mistake, they showed no willingness to take responsibility, than a low compensation.

This company’s handling of customers is disgraceful. Their customer service is unprofessional and demonstrates no regard for consumer rights. For this reason, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from pelintrvne.com. It’s clear that this business lacks both product quality and accountability.

Got an incredibly good value for this item, though delivery took three weeks. The quality is generally quite solid, and it does what its supposed to do. Packaging could have been better, but overall, it serves its purpose well for the price paid.
