Truly Awful Customer Support
Reported an issue with my screen today on my bike + where I am in a class and suddenly the class starts buffering and drops, then tries to reconnect, but when it finally recconects, its not at the same point, it goes ahead of time. This is so frustrating, I lose momentum, as the music switches off, whilst this interuption takes place. Peleton support are absolutely useless, as per 88% of 1 star reviews! I tried to send diagnostics and the customer support guy never received anything. He tried to send me an email, so I could send a video of the issue, but I received no email. He then blamed it on my end, saying that there was an issue with one of the worlds biggest email providers, Microsoft. Come on Peleton support, take some responsibility, this issue is at your end. Also, why push an update for dark mode to the screen and give no option to change it to light mode. I am shocked by this useless company now, who started off great in 2021, when I first got the bike.
