Pelago by Singapore Airlines Anmeldelser

Excellent service and always very helpful if you need anything 🙂

It was easy to book the ride from the airport to the hotel. Instructions as to meeting point were clear and easy to follow. The ride was smooth despite the heavy rush-hour traffic and the driver was cautious due to the rain.

Outstanding booking process and experience

Live customer service agents need to improve on their product knowledge. Said it was SQ Solitaire customer service, yet quality is horrendously poor, except for 1 agent. Other agent took over 30mins and can't answer my question. Took me over 5 reach-outs and nearly 3 hourse to resolve a simple question.

Started with many choices when I did my research for local activities in Bali, and I started research almost 2 months before flght.
Since Pelago is associated with SIA which is my national carrier, a renown name and my favorite when I travel, I tried using Pelago.
Also easy to transact since it is associated with SIA, I just need to sign in through KRISFLYER.
Informative in the app when searching for meeting my expectations. I was looking for almost free & easy local tours, many choices, prices indicated for considerations. Pelago online assist attentive, responding to my questions or doubts and giving me guidance / recommendations.
Easy settlement of my selected local tour and transport from airport to hotel before arrival. Overall experience using Pelago has been pleasant.
SIA a great way to fly!

Perfect experience. I ended up with the best possible price. Thanks Pelago

Fast and easy to use, lot of discount

The Old Montreal walking tour booked through Pelago was a great base as first timers. It was an interesting and educational experience for me and my husband as we learn and understand other’s culture and history

Excellent service, Staff very friendly and smoothness of operation.

We booked airport transfer for Bangkok on this platform. It was such good value, with timely & useful info throughout. I discovered a gem.

Finding the best to go is easy with Pelago. You just select your destination and it finds all that is available in that area. Awesome

Service by crew was excellent. Aircraft was clean. Boarding and disembarkation was seamless and convenient. Food was excellent.

Couldn’t get a connection and support was asking for one screenshot after the other. In the end they couldn’t help and made it sound as if WE wouldn’t been able to set it up correctly, which was frustrating. They just did not seem to know what they are doing. If it would have worked, it would have been a good offer though.

Easy to book. able to use SG Culture pass. and fun activity with Gurasu house.

Speedy response, easy to book, clear communication
