Pedder Anmeldelser

Tahlia was great throughout the process of helping me find a place. She understood what I was looking for and made everything feel straightforward and hassle free.

She was quick to respond and helpful whenever I had questions, which made a big difference. Thanks to her, I’ve found a place I’m really happy with.

I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient experience.

We had a great experience working with Mollie and Hadassah at Pedder West Norwood. There were some initial issues with our listing under previous management, but as soon as Mollie took over things seemed to really improve. When it came down to the process between offer and completion, Mollie was a fantastic advisor and sparring partner and she and Hadassah really couldn’t do enough to get us over the line. We’re very grateful for their hard work.

Pedder's great service continues to give me the peace of mind I need from my property manager, being so far away. In particular, my dealings with Pia have been super smooth and stress-free.

This review is for Pia, not really for Pedder Forest Hill. I think she has been a very pleasant lady, and I have enjoyed talking and working with her, and she has always done her best as far as I'm concerned

Callum Melrose and team were great to deal with when we purchased our property. Regular, clear and honest comms. Even when we’d made an offer they still allowed us to view other properties

Excellent service.
No mistakes made, efficient systems for viewings, regular updates. Got it sold quick.

Would recommend Vince and the team over at Herne Hill for anyone selling in the area.

Alp was extremely helpful from the early stages of searching to completion. Alp has great relationships with all parties and is very responsive. Thank you!

The renting agent i had (Shanice peat) made my move in so easy she was so professional and honest, she explained everything I need to know that's why I recommend pedder letting agent for anyone looking for a house.

I had great onboarding experience, smooth and effective communication
Always instant response to emails and Enquiry.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a property from Pedder and dealt with Mollie and Hadassah. Both Mollie and Hadassah were amazing throughout the process, they went above & beyond to ensure that both parties were happy throughout and kept regular contact to keep us in the loop. Fantastic service, couldn't recommend them enough

From the first contact with Pedder East Dulwich all the staff were helpful, efficient and handled our probate sale with sensitivity and speed. In particular Callum Melrose who negotiated between all the parties, kept us fully informed at every stage and made the whole process painless. We would highly recommend them.

Our buying experience with Pedder Forest Hill was fantastic. From the first viewing right through to completion, we were really impressed with them. Shannon had all the answers for our many questions on both viewings! And Dan coolly helped steer us through the sale on the big day. Dream house found. Thank you team!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Norwood branch. Communication was great throughout my sale and the agents (Mollie and Hadassah) were great at keeping the process moving by chasing solicitors and keeping us informed.

Shannon at Pedder Forest Hill did a great job of keeping my sale on track despite a number of challenges along the way, remaining calm and pragmatic and throughout. I also appreciated the professionalism of their comms -from marketing info to viewings scheduling and feedback. Highly recommend.

Alp went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my flat, really appreciated everything he did. He was extremely reliable, responsive and always with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend!

Really positive FTB experience with the agency and especially Natasha Best who was excellent throughout.
Highly recommended.

Trevor and Alexander from Pedder provided us with support and guidance throughout the selling process.
They were knowledgeable of the current market, and of the local area.
They were always willing to talk through issues arising, and kept us informed at all stages.

Wonderful experience with Pedder in Sydenham. Cansu was super professional and helpful from beginning to end. Thank you!

I had a positive experience in buying my home with Pedder. The entire process was seamless and professional.
A special mention to Cansu Kilinc, who made sure everything stayed on track. Their communication was excellent, managed viewings perfectly, they were incredibly responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. Their expertise and friendly approach turned what can be a stressful process into a smooth and exciting journey. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We had a great experience working with Pedder for the second time, this time selling our beloved home that we bought from them. We really appreciated their expertise, transparency and honesty. Working with Daniel and Shannon was a pleasure and we hugely appreciated their calm manner during the whole process. And answering all our questions and delivering a smooth experience for our family. The team also were courteous, friendly and supportive. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!
