Terrible customer service they never shipped my item. I had to cancel my order. Very unfortunate. I would not order from this company ever.

I suspect Pedal Mafia have improved on their customer service. I read some poor reviews in the past but I have had excellent customer service from them. I ordered a Men's Pro Delta Long Sleeve Jersey. It is one of the best fitting jerseys I have ever had. It is very well made and the dimpled surface seems to be very aero.

DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. They sent me the wrong damn kit.

Great products - Just wish they would open a store in Victoria so I can try them on.

I have over 15 products from Pedal Mafia and over the years the quality has dropped significantly to the point where I CANNOT recommend cycling clothing from this company. Terrible quality. The new bibs fell apart after a few uses and the customer service was condescending, unhelpful and blamed me for not caring for the bibs properly which is incorrect as I have many bibs and always cold gentle wash and hang dry. I will not be buying from them again.

I am not sure if I’ve spoken to a single person or different people in the “customer service” team since they never gave a name. Whoever they are, it is a pathetic excuse for any team that is supposed to provide customer support. I was sent an item that was not as advertised - for context, it was advertised as having a zip pocket, but the item I received didn’t have one. The rep tried to suggest that I had cut off the zip pocket. I asked repeatedly for an exchange, for an item that did have the zip pocket, and when they finally provided the return label, they just processed a refund instead - with stock of the exchange still available! When I followed up to question this, they simply said “sorry we missed it… we are not able to send an exchange”. Absolutely zero help, completely ignores the request on multiple occasions. Will never buy from this brand again, and will definitely be sharing this experience with all my cycling groups. What a poor excuse of a brand.

Pedal mafia has great products that are reliable and comfortable and of course good looking

Pedal Mafia has amazing kit. I have only been using it for a the past couple months but it is by far my favourite kit to race in. It is super comfortable and durable!

Kits are GREAT!! super comfortable and fits great. The skin suit feels fast and looks it too. Long lasting and the pockets are super easy to access. I find other brands almost require you to dislocate a shoulder to get your snacks out.

Very nice and comfy cycling kit, recommend!

My experience with Pedal Mafia has only ever been excellent. Customer service has always been attentive to my needs and have delivered beyond what I’d expect.

My kit fits neatly and remains in great nick after hundreds of hours of use. The winter gear handled cold European conditions too.

I ordered a Jersey and Socks on the US site of pedal mafia. so far I have no complaints. The (free) delivery from the US to Switzerland was faster than stated (about 5 days). Important to know is that the cut is sportive. Means long sleeve and short at waist. Me personally love that style Finding the right size for cycling clothing is always tricky. For me the guide on the site worked. Mine is fitting, so I cant say anything about customer service. Quality looks good so far, nice look and details for the price.

Yeah poor website and not able to return anything on their portal.
Sizes are not accurate even when you use Thier recommended instructions on the site.

I ordered on line two jerseys for Christmas for my son. the site said only small and extra small were in stock and were on sale. as my son takes a small, I ordered them, received them without looking in their original packets and wrapped for Christmas. When he opened them they were both large (which the site had said were unavailable). I kept the jerseys and set about returning them to get the right size. BUT you cannot ring Pedal Mafia, only email. The site says it refuses to take sale items for exchange. I have sent two emails, including the screen shot of the site as I saw it when ordering, and done an online request. THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY after two weeks. They might make good products, but fail to rectify mistakes. I now have two large lime green jerseys and no response from the company.

I'm having to try and get a refund through my CC as the incompetence of the CS rep Elijah. I must be 40 emails in back and forth since last October. You ask two questions, you get an answer to one. You get the absolute minimum of a response. "I'm looking into it". If they dare respond I'll post the whole chain of emails so you can see what you'd be dealing with.

100% stay away.

The good reviews on here are *clearly* faked. 4 on the same day all gushing 5 star reviews. Ignore them and read the real ones.

If they can't handle the volume of business hire more people or shut down the site.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was looking for a pair a cycling shoes that were out of stock at my regular online bike shop, but Pedal Mafia still had them in my size. I was going to order them for Christmas and needed to head into Perth soon so I sent a text asking if they were in store. I didn't get a reply, BAD customer service and I should have known better to go ahead. But then Pedal Mafia had a Black Friday discount on them so I jumped in and ordered. Only to be sent an email the next day to notify me that they didn't have the shoes in stock. More BAD customer service. I am extremely disappointed, because now I need to go searching for shoes, and I was going to get these for Christmas. Nice Christmas present Pedal Mafia. Hope you have n bad a Christmas, think of me when you're having your party and opening your presents!

I also think they fake their own reviews! Right now there are 16 reviews, 9 terrible (8x 1*, 1x 2*). Of the 5 reviews with 5*, 4 of them were written on the same day and they all sound fake.

Warning if you order online your order bounces from Australia to US back and fourth. Now in US bouncing all over So CA. I am not the only one. This is a joke I have given up on receiving my order.Its almost a month now.
