I had a very disappointing experience with Pear Tree Invitations. The graduation invitations I ordered printed with a noticeable green tint that was not in the original photos. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue must be with my images and that I would need to pay an additional $90 for reprints if my photographer “fixed” them.

With graduation quickly approaching on May 15, I didn’t have time to wait for reprints anyway. I expected the company to stand behind their product, not charge extra to correct what appears to be a printing issue.

Overall, poor quality and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend.

The graduation invitations look amazing and shipping was fast. Definitely recommend this company.

Pear Tree has a vast array of holiday cards. But they go above/beyond with everything else. There are unique abilities to add personal touches (additional designs, text, color, font). Furthermore, it was clear that they took the time to adjust our card to ensure it looked the best (adjusted my son's picture to not crop his head). Finally, the cards arrived AHEAD of time! And they looked amazing.

I was searching for a site for Twin specific highschool graduation announcements/invitations. Pear Tree came up and although I hadn’t heard of it, decided to take a chance. Had a choice of designs and was easy to create. There was a 50% off coupon offered so I pulled the trigger. They were delivered quickly and good quality. Can’t wait to send out.

I have been ordering with Pear tree since 2019. While I love the products and never had issue with them specifically there is always an issue with my order. First two years I was shorted ribbon for cards, I stopped ordering those cards. Last few years ive been shorted envelopes. This year 6 envelopes!! I've written each year to customer support standard response. Clearly they don't care, because they consistently short my order. With so many businesses to support that get it right, this will be my last order. It's too annoying to be inconvenienced every year.

I am extremely disappointed with this Christmas card. The paper was flimsy, more like thin copy paper than a real card. The paper nearly disintegrates where it is folded. I can’t imagine these will make it through postal delivery intact. There are no score marks for the folding. However, I will say that the design itself is beautiful, although the printing of it seems like something done on a home printer with nothing more than copy paper. I wanted something special to send to friends and family, but these just feel cheap and poorly made. I would be embarrassed to send these. They are definitely not worth the price, even with a 50% discount.

Website was a little confusing to create my postcard but rec'd excellent help via online chat. Also utilized the 50% discount for year-end purchase of holiday cards Order processed & rec'd very quickly. Postcards look great! I recommend PearTree.

I was hesitant to order from here because I have never heard about this company (usually order from Shutterfly or Mint) but they had the cutest design options for Holiday cards so I decided to give them a try. I?m honestly blown away with this company. I placed the order at 11pm on Sunday and by Thursday my cards were already delivered to me all without having to pay any expedited shipping!! They immediately sent an Order confirmation email and the next day I had a email with the UPS tracking number. When I received the package there was a lovely note signed by the employees and a quick story about this company being family owned. The quality of the cards and photo prints are top notch as well and so much more affordable than some of the big name card printing companies. I?m SO happy with how they turned out and the wonderful experience I?ve had with this company. I will definitely be ordering all my cards from them going forward.

This is the first time I purchased from this company and it will be the last. I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to save others the frustration. I ordered these cards on Dec. 4th and it is now Dec. 18th and I’m still waiting on them. The tracking says they won’t come until the 20th, so by the time they get to people it will probably be after Christmas. I called customer service twice and the first time they said the cards were still being printed and that it was out of their hands. The second time, they said the company wasn’t prepared for the amount of orders they got on cyber Monday. How is that my fault? They didn’t offer any compensation. Don’t waste your time with this company if you need something quickly!
