great bike fit experience
The bike fit I had with Nas was really insightful, he takes a lot of care to address your individual riding style, requirements and anatomical quirks!! Also there is absolutely no pressure on upsell for example - something I’ve found commonly with all staff in Pearson. They genuinely seem to want the best for your overall cycling experience. Looking forward to riding the new bike - the fact that so many parts of the build are tailored to your measurements / comfort / optimal output is real USP.

Such a friendly and professional approach from everyone in the Pearson team, an absolute gem of a business, great people and exceptional bikes. Nothing too much trouble, no compromises, everything has to be right. All the stops were pulled out to get my bike built and ready in time for my upcoming charity Coast to Coast ride and what a tremendous bike it is. Loving it a little more every mile it covers. Another Great Pearsons!
I have just bought a Pearsons 'On And Off' e-bike, my third bike purchase from Pearsons and my second Pearson brand bike.
The bikes are very well built, well spec'd with a lot of attention to detail - the paintwork/design is cool too! The support I received from Pearsons was great throughout all the purchasing process from bike-fit though to final hand-over. Staff at the shop were extremely helpful and good to deal with.
Another 10/10 from Pearsons!

3 reasons why you should consider Pearsons you wont regret it…
Anyone reading this if they don’t already know should, and in the same way that Pearson find time for me, I have taken time to give feedback for them.
This bunch of guys really do care, I was sceptical at first , just another overpriced LBS, but fast forward about 3 years and I have bought one of their bikes , and this is the best thing I have ever done.
Firstly got a niggle , just pop it along we will see what we can do, no promises of course, but usually come away happy.
Secondly, they don’t push their products on you, if you want something they try their best to faciltate in house or market wide.
Thirdly, their concept behind bike frames and sizes (for me anyway) really hits the mark. OK only 2 rides in on my Forge (Ultegra Di2) and I am blown away , how comfortable and fast it is and to add a little perspective I am 62 ! These initial rides might have been fuelled with “New Bike adrenaline”, but the times for my commute to the city greatly improved against times for the last couple of weeks.
Bikes aside if you are local or prepared to travel these guys beat anyone hands down IMO , or at least worth giving them a go and make your own minds up :-)
