I have consistently used Pearl Reliance Limited for flight bookings, money transfers, and cargo services, and their service has always been excellent.

This was my first Umrah with them, and everything was perfectly organised. Brother Hasan in Makkah and Brother Abdul Kadir in Madinah were welcoming, calm, and well-organised, making the journey smooth and stress-free. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

Only issue is communication delays sometimes, hope it can be improved but overall better experience than any other travel agent I have dealt with. Allahumma baarik lahum.

The guides given were excellent. The guide in Makkah, Mahbubur Rahman, was extremely helpful. If I was given a choice to go again, I’d choose him to be my guide.

We had an absolute amazing Umrah 2025 (October). Price of package and hotels were very good for the price. The team were superb from start to end. A special thanks to lead runner in Makkah (Mahmudur Raman) who was always there if needed and completed Ziyarat in a simple and educational manner where all of us were able to understand the sylheti language. Thank you brother Mahmudur. I cant forget brothers Monir and Saleh who were also part of this amazing team and supported us through our journey. For sure will use Pearl again in the future as nothing to fault as major issue here but give a 5 star for their hard and effecient team work. The Only constructive improvement I would suggest is in Madinah for Ziyarat try to have tour guides who speak sylheti or confident in english (does not have to be perfect) as this will help our young generation understand the tour better, unfortunately my "shudoh" bengali is not the best but sylheti is home spoken, so took a little more effort to understand the tour better.
