Absolute wonderful experience with Taite and the Pearly team. We had an apartment due to exchange and the buyer decided he wanted it empty so all the high-end furniture needed to be cleared. The Pearly team did absolutely everything they said they would, on time and as agreed, carefully took everything out and paid a fair price on time and without hassle. It was a real pro team and I could not be more happy with the outcome.

On a deal like this, certainty of execution is probably the most important thing and these guys really delivered above and beyond.

Unfortunately another terrible company probably running a scam.

First of all no telephone number, I always think this is a big red flag, however I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. Email wouldnt go through so wasted an hour of my time trying to upload dozens of images and they only speak on a chat box. I had to upload dozens of phots to the chat box which were delivered their end all ways round. Then after wasting all my time ,they ask if I have receipts for all of it.. FGS who keeps receipts for everything they buy. Tin pot company run by amatures.

I was skeptical at first, especially after reading some of the comments. However, I decided to give it a try. It did take some time to arrange the date for furniture collection with the manager (approximately 2 weeks), which felt a bit lengthy. Nonetheless, the overall experience was relatively smooth. Two men arrived promptly, assisted in detaching the sofa legs, and carefully removed it. I received my payment instantly. All in all, I can confidently recommend their service.

We had a large property with 10+ rooms furnitures to clear due to a full renovation & contacted Pearlly to sell all unwanted furniture from the address. Their team carefully wrapped all the items of furniture and removed them within a week. We were very satisfied with the service and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews, however, I had a wonderful, seamless experience with Pearlly. The driver arrived at the agreed date and after quickly checking the furniture pieces , the whole amount was transferred to my account immediately! There were no delays or negotiations after that. The driver was helpful and Bryan was swift with the money transfer.I tried many other avenues to sell my furniture and even though I sold the pieces at a slightly lower price than I had initially thought of, Pearlly was the only one that agreed to buy it off immediately. The whole process from application, price negotiation and delivery was completed in a matter of two weeks!

The communication with the Pearlly team was great. It left me with confidence that things will go well and as agreed.

Great company! I had a house full of furniture to sell and to clear. They have good communication, provided a clear quote, collected items promptly at a time that suited me, and ensured I had received payment.

Pearlly or P/Showroom is run by a head-criminal going by the someone that always gives false names when speaking to anyone. I reported He uses a number of people to set up companies to commit this sort of criminalities then to shut the company down and start new one. WATCH OUT FOR HIS LATEST COMPANY SET UP " HNWI Services Limited - Ref: 14464002" where possible lots of the stolen items can be found for sale.
The police and the Trading Standards are on his case and i have instructed a private detective firm to track him down. The BBC watch dog is also in the process of tackling this low life character!!
Ill keep you posted and i am in the process of sorting him out through the legal channels very shortly once and for all.

On August 5, 2022 I ordered a mobility scooter from Pearlly. It is now October 17, 2022. I have not received my scooter. I have e-mailed Pearlly 15 times and never received an answer. In these e-mails I have ask Pearlly to send the scooter or reimburse the $49.42 to my card. Still no scooter and no $49.42. This company is praying on the elderly and disabled who live on a fixed income under the poverty level. Then they STEAL their money. Dont buy from Pearlly they are a SCAM.

Such a shame this page has “verified” this scam ghost company. Go and check their insta page which doesn’t exist. Their Facebook page name doesn’t match their company name and their website doesn’t feature a physical address. SCAM !

Great to deal with, good communication all round and always returned messages, picked up furniture on date and time given and payment made when mentioned, recommended!

I must say I am happy about their service. We were a bit concerned about negative feedback here initially. However, based on our email conversation, we agreed on the price and collection date, and everything went to plan. Great service and payment received before taking goods.
