This company should be banned from doing business in the US. All they have is pictures of merchandise. If anybody says they received what they ordered, they work for Pearlfeet. COMPLETE SCAM.

I am a US customer paying in US currency from St Louis, Missouri. The only reason to give 1 star is because nothing lower is available to post a review. Offered slip on shoes at buy 1 pair for $39.99 then get a second pair for half off. Ordered 2 pair then received a tracking number that was not trackable. Emailed customer service to request shipping status over 10 weeks only to be informed due to virus the order shipped by boat which takes longer. Tracking never worked from day one. Received one email with horrific grammar which appeared to be someone in China attempting the English language. They offered 10% discount for the long delay but then charged my credit card $39.99 per pair. After continued emails they want a photo of the bag the shoes arrived in which was opened and discarded immediately. The shoes are so light weight and very poor quality I requested a refund. The next email was they need a photo of the bag or label to "prove" I am complaining about their shoes and not another manufacturer. After many emails they will not address the incorrect charge from the ad I purchased through a pop up ad while on the internet. Their website states they are located in London but this doesn't mean they're not a scam company selling cheap Chinese crap. SCAM ALERT!!!! Do Not Buy!!!!

This place is a scam. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them track it to my house. Then no further info. Contacted the company several times. All I got is we will refund your money. BUT THEY NEVER DID! I don't know how they are allowed to operate in this country.
That company is BAD!!!

My experience was much the same as the others with delivery taking over 3 months. The sandels were made of cheap vinyl vs. Leather so the price was way too expensive. Based on their website I’m certain that I won’t be able to return them and/or get a refund. DO NOT order anything from Pearlfeet!

Took 3 months to get, not what you would call real shoes.
Advertising is not even close to product.
Completely disappointed.
Never again.

En mayo compre unos zapatos para mi y en junio unos para mi hija, después de 1 mes y medio me avisan que mi pedido no se pudo realizar, pero no me han devuelto el dinero, recién hace 3 días me llego un correo dicen que entre 5 y 10 días tendré la devolución, de los zapatos para mi hija nunca más se supo.

Three months in shipping and they were a joke when they did arrive. Nothing like the pictures. POOR quality and cannot be worn. Total waste of money. Please don’t buy from these scammers!

If I could leave a negative review I would,it took 6 months for them to come and when they arrived they were way too small,there is no size written on them,when I contacted them they wanted me to pay to return them wait another year for my shoes,no thanks.worst customer service ever

I would give them ZERO starts if it was possible.
shoes ordered in April arrived in August. I ordered size US 14 and that is what the sticker said but actual size is no more than a 12.
The email from their customer service actually said that they believe their mistake is "not so big" and suggested I gift the shoes to a friend. Seriously???

I'm hoping to get refunded by Paypal and have these i*diots got f*%&$^#% themselves

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 25 May. The first pair arrived 55 days later, the second after 60 days. Before they arrived, I asked for a refund because that shipping time is awful. There was no response from their customer service e-mail. After the shoes arrived, they did not fit (at least 2 sizes too small). I requested a refund, based on their return policy - any reason within 7 days of receipt. They asked me if I measured my foot. I told them I ordered based on their website dropdown for US sizes. They also told me return shipping would be on me, and was going to be VERY EXPENSIVE - so I should think about giving my shoes to a fried that they do fit. Then, they would give me a 20% discount on replacement shoes. I'll try to return, but I'm expecting it to be prohibitively expensive to do it and will end up giving brand new shoes to GOOD WILL. This is not a company I will every use or recommend again!

Des chaussures la qualité zéro, que du plastique et caoutchouc, ça rends vosl pieds maladie, chaussures a eviter, vu le prix c'est du vol. Sans parler des conditions de livraison. C'est une honte que cette société puisse vendre encore des chaussures aujourd'hui. Mon podologue m'a demandé de jeter à la poubelle ces chaussures de *****.

After almost 3 months I don't have my pair of shoes yet. No refund after 10 emails where I try to explain them my situation. It's a shame very bad seller. Don't buy on pearlfeet shop! Never!

I ordered and paid for handmade leather shoes. What (finally) arrived was synthetic PU (poly urethane) material. I chucked then in the trash where they belong. This company trades on the fraudulent premise of sending you inferior goods and relying on the fact it is expensive to return them to keep your money.
Don't waste your money with these clowns.

Still no shoes after 6 months. Everyone please do not purchase shoes from this company.

I ordered a wallet on 6/15/20 and of course I was charged on 6/15/20. On 7/16/20 I get an e-mail from them stating that the item has shipped (their tracking provider info is atrocious, they even ask for donations?!?!) and if I don't receive my wallet in 5 days to get back to them and "they will solve it for me". On 7/21/20 I let them know that I was getting fed up and I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company. On 7/23/20 I send my previous notice again. They finally respond and ask me if I can wait some more time from it and suggested I use the tracking info provided to see where my wallet is. I get tied up with life and here it is 8/6/20 and still no wallet. I submitted a refund request to them. Wonder how this will turn out? So do I. :0)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of shoes from them the 2nd of April and received them Aug 2nd only after ten emails and several threats. The shoes are cheaply made and are designed poorly. Don't waist your time and money.

Pearlfeet doesn't even deserve one star. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company and their products. It took 10 weeks to receive my order. The sizing is way off, size 15 on their scale is like a size 11 US. The product is absolute garbage. Cool looking designs are made out of weird synthetic smelling materials. They dance around every lame excuse in the book, take 3 weeks to reply to simple requests for returns, require you to send pictures of product and then in today's email ask me to settle for 20% refund on shoes I can't even get my foot in... unbelievable.

Really good looking website and delivery claimed to take up to 20 days. No where does it admit to being in China.

Took just over 2 months. At one point they said they were in the UK waiting for distribution. That meant they had been in the UK for 3 weeks at that point. I gave them an ultimatum of deliver by X or I would demand a refund. Also threatened them with Section 75 action. Today the shoes arrived.

The shoes are the poorest quality I have ever seen. Soles are cheap moulded plastic and the uppers little better. Nasty plactic/chemical smell. Slightly small too.

Read all the reviews here and don't waste your money.

For great shoes at great prices and quick delivery try Cotton Traders in the UK. Just bought 2 pair and they are both great.

Thank You so much for our timely order, we received our 4 pairs of shoes on time, one of the shoes not that much, we send it back to the same address with complain, they immediately send it back to us and refund the money.

I wouldn't give them even 1. Cannot believe I fell for this bs! Now that I read this about them what a scam. Write to them and get the same cursory bs in reply. Ok make the power of social media work against these scam scum.
