Would give a ZERO if the site allowed. KEEP AWAY from this company. We purchased at the Venetian in Las Vegas and had a bad reaction just days before son’s wedding. The product we purchased was unopened so went back to shop to seek a refund. Got a first class run around saying we had to contact customer services, who do not answer your phone calls. Even tried the concierge in the resort and he got no where at all. Obviously they know most of the mugs they get in are there for a short time and haven’t got the resources to fight this while on holiday. So to sum up, couldn’t apply make up before sons wedding, couldn’t get a satisfactory response (well no response at all) from the customer services number. Shop unhelpful in the extreme no customer service skills. They would be out of business in Europe. Absolutely disgusted. Wish I could actual write what I want but I have standards unlike this company.

I could not believe the difference one treatment made in my skin. I went out after the treatment without makeup! That has not happened in the last 30 years

Great product. I purchased the noir treatment syringe eye cream. Once applied you can see and feel the effects almost instantly. I was very sceptical about this, having tried many creams previously but was genuinely surprised and pleased with the results. I have very sensitive skin and generally have some form of allergic reaction to most things but so far so good with this treatment. It’s not cheap but it does work.

Smooth products. Vit C serum absorbs easily. Cleanser only requires a small amount to get face, neck, and chest - much smaller amount than other products I have tried. The moisturizer is light enough that it doesn't feel heavy and I don't have to wait long before it is absorbed and I can put on makeup if I want.

From the moment I went into the store in New Orleans, Micheal was wonderful. He was so helpful and really tried to show me all the benefits of using this line of skin care. I then went on to try the Jupiter light system that was demonstrated by Mauricio and this routine has been a game changer. I purchased my product at a retail store and the salesperson was fantastic! Of course, she applied the product to only half of my face so I could see the dramatic results and…WOW! I am not a big makeup person, like I dont wear it at all. My skin care is pretty basic. After trying the night cream, omg let me tell you, my skin feels so silky smooth.
