I would put negative stars if I could! Never sign a lease with this company!!! We leased a printer and it is broken and they are saying the buyout is $14000 and the printer isn’t even worth $5000. I don’t know how our IT people got us into this, but stay far away!!!! Because I cannot reply to your comment publicly. I will list our contract # here CN46QGH029. I wish I could post a pic of the fine print of the lease because it is ridiculous.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. The have huge hidden costs in there finance agreements so please do not use this company. I got put into using this company through my phone provider to finance my equipment. What they don't tell you is that they will add huge admin and insurance costs to there finance.

This company and PEAC Solutions, which they changed their name to, are the worst company I have ever delt with. They have horrible customer service. Their billing is unethical at best, and paying off early to save interest is not an option. This is a lease, not a loan. But if you default they will destroy you. STAY AWAY.

Does not even deserve a single star.

We applied for financing with Peace Solutions Bank for business equipment.
The entire project was professionally prepared: full financial plan, high level of own capital invested, personal guarantee and all required documents submitted.
Nevertheless, the application was rejected without any constructive feedback or realistic alternative solution.

Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of communication, transparency and support for entrepreneurs.

I would give them a ZERO if possible. Horrible customer service, they don't do their job. It took 3 phone calls & asking for supervisor to get any help.
DON'T use them.

Mi hanno addebitato si dall'inizio una rata più alta di quanto pattuito e ora senza nessuna giustifica mi hanno aumentato nuovamente la rata. State lontani da loro e da Unisolution loro partner che sono dei truffatori

I assume this is PEAC Solutions and they are the worst. NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I rarely write a bad review for anyone but this is a company that needs to be shut down. We financed a copier, the bills arrived after the due date, we decided to pay in full and after we did they called us asking for the balance for months--after we had paid in full.

If I could place 0 stars this would be the company. I purchase a piece of dental equipment and the vendor used Marlin Leasing for the lease. IT was then changed to PEAC Connect Solutions most likely due to their reviews and professionalism. They dropped sending statements before so you could plan to make your payment. They also dont have an invopice ready until 2 days before the payment is due. They have a large late payment fee. So you get the invpice and you better be checking your email and their online account to handle this. I have called customer service several time with bad experiences each time. Not only that, if you call customer service their representatives are over bearing and rude. Don't they understand how they get paid. Never lease with this company.

Sehr schlechte Leasingfirma. Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Reagieren nicht auf Emails. Es dauert ewig bis die Unterlagen bearbeitet sind. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Non risponde nessuno al numero verde dedicato ed ancora più grave è l'inoltro di 3 PEC inviate con sollecito urgente di essere ricontattato,MAI nessuna risposta. Procederò legalmente. If 0 stars were possible, that's what I would have chosen. We have two machine leases sold to these people. They have been mis-applying our payments since the beginning showing one account with a credit balance and the other account in default. I have sent copies of cashed checks, they refuse to correct my account and no one from management will ever respond. I will never do business with them again.

Are 0 stars available? This “leasing” company engages in fraudulent business practices. I was sold by their affiliate BLINK Communications, a simple monthly phone service, cancellable at any time, to replace my previous VOIP provider, and they threw in a new phone as well. We didn’t need a new phone, but they said its just what they do. Fine. They arrange for me to get Verizon FIOS and they send the phone, and they came and installed. Perfect up to that point. A couple of months go by and I contact BLINK several times to find out where my bill for service is. And, they also told me what my verizon service would cost and didn’t mention significant overages. Two months go by and I start getting dunning notices from a company called PEAC solutions who claim that I have an equipment lease with them for a 7000 dollar phone and its non cancellable. I offered to pay the amount I was promised, but they want more. It took me 3 weeks to make my payment with them because of their disorganization. I tell them we didn’t want or need a new phone, and they are welcome to it. I can’t get any assistance in cancelling this fraud. All I get is threats. But, finally, after five months I finally succeed in getting their invoices. Shocking frankly.

We received an invoice for equipment we don't have at a location we don't own, and there's no way to get anyone on the line to question where this came from, and the invoices have added late fees and other penalties. If you call, there's no answer. If you e-mail, same. If this is a real company, it's terribly run with no customer service.

Just awful. They don't notify you that you need to pay. They won't let you pay more than your payment online, you have to mail a check. There's no payoff amount online. If you call, no one answers and it just disconnects. $20 fee to pay with a credit card and a $40 late fee. Read the reviews. They were formerly Marlin Leasing Corp or Marlin Capital Solutions. Look up their Yelp reviews. 2.0 stars with 135 reviews.

The website is difficult to navigate. If you want a copy of your bill then you're automatically signed up for eBill, which I don't receive, and I cannot switch it off unless I call their customer service number.
I've talked to several different representatives for different things and each one of them used a tone that was unnecessarily rude and short. I'm baffled at the bad attitude, and I find the company stressful to deal with.

We came to the end of lease with them, and they were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with, even though we did EVERYTHING they asked of us. They even sent us invoice for the machine after we had returned it, and they got difficult about cancelling that!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. You cannot get any help. We were set up on autopay, and our next bill showed a late fee. I went online, and it showed we payed on time, not late payments, but had the fee on there. So I called their help line and after an hour of hold on the phone, finally got a person on the line. She agreed that we had no late payments and should not have a late fee, yet she would not take it off the bill and could not explain why it was there. We tried to get out of our contract with them and pay it off early, and they refused to send us a buyout least amount. We cannot get anyone to call us back or provide any information.
At one point they told us they did not offer early lease buyouts, even though their website clearly shows you can request them. 0/5 Stars

Unfortunately, our equipment financing team worked with Marlin (dba PEAC), and the experience has been extremely disappointing. We've encountered numerous issues, including frequent posting errors and prolonged wait times when attempting to reach support. Additionally, they do not respond to email inquiries, which has made communication even more difficult. This has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences we've had.

I received an invoice, but I have no idea what it's for. Now my account is delinquent, and every time I call, NO ONE ANSWERS. This feels like a scam, and I will not send any funds until I know exactly what this charge is for. I’ve never spoken to a live person, and it definitely feels suspicious.
