Love their clothes! Trendy and fun. Went to their pop-up in the UK when I was visiting and bought a couple women's tops.

went to the peachy den sample sale pop up in london last sunday. their clothes are cute and sample prices are reasonable. the staff on the entrance was super lovely, but the moment i stepped inside, the staff really made it an unenjoyable shopping experience for me. they're very unfriendly & i've felt rude stares more than once. not only did i not feel welcome but it almost felt like i was being judged for no reason for browsing

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a coat in December, and within a short time it began shedding excessively and thinning noticeably.

I contacted customer service and was advised to brush the coat regularly, as they said the shedding should settle. I followed this advice carefully, but the issue did not improve.

Six weeks later, I contacted them again to explain that the coat was continuing to deteriorate and was clearly not of an acceptable standard. I requested to return the coat, but I was told I had to keep it and that there was nothing they could do.

I escalated the case and am still waiting for a response. The process has been extremely slow and very disappointing. Overall, this has been poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

Made an order for a friends birthday on the 23rd December and it didn't say anywhere on the website they were closing for over 12 days until 5 Jan - it said 3-5 day shipping was available and now trying to get in touch as my order hasn't even been dispatched and get an email saying 'There was a slight delay with dispatch around the Christmas period and I wanted to let you know that we’re not dispatching orders from the 24th December until the 5th January 2026. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped as soon as we’re back up and running from the 5th' - made the order before this cut off but still hasn't been shipped and absolutely 0 effort to look into it. You'd think a brand would let people know if pausing all shipping for 12 days?

I've had multiple experiences like this with the brand now.. always difficult with returns/exchanges too - its like they want it to be as difficult as possible for the customer

DONT GET LENNOX TROUSERS!! Im so glad im not crazy after reading reviews on here about the quality of the Lennox trousers. After wearing them three times, the hem came completely undone on one leg and the material is a bit itchy. You could get more sturdy pants from Shein at this rate. Heck you could get 5 pairs for the same price as one Lennox trouser. Other items I have from them haven’t been such bad quality so don’t know how they really dropped the ball on this item. Makes me weary to buy from them again but items are very cute

Have been buying clothes from Peachy Den for years. They always fit perfectly and super super flattering. And I’m a short, size M so it is sometimes hard to find flattering clothes! The quality of the clothes is consistently amazing. Get very excited every-time I have an order on the way!!

Absolutely best fit and design I’ve ever experienced!! I find it so hard to get trousers that FIT well and honestly, no notes. The attention to detail in the fit of everything is just next level! I wish customs didn’t cost €180 to Ireland but honestly so willing to pay as the quality is just amazing!! Will be back x

I have bought a few items from peachy den in the past couple of years. However, recently I have felt a decline in the quality for the price point. I received my Lennox trousers and immediately a button fell off, no biggie. However, a couple of days later one of the hems on a leg completely undone after approx 4 wears. After contacting their customer service I was only offered a 20% refund for repairs...which I feel is a bit low considering I'm repairing them after only having them for a week and will have to take time out of my day to sort out a repair. I sort of expected at least a 40% refund for my troubles and how quick they trousers broke due to poor quality. I'm not sure if I received a faulty item. I would've even returned them if they offered a complete replacement as I do love the fit. Overall a little disappointed with my experience and the resolution, though I suppose it's better than nothing? but for the price I just feel a bit let down and disappointed.

Update: I have sought another resolution that wasn't just the 20% refund but have been told there is no other way to resolve. I am so utterly disappointed. I expect a pair of trousers over £100 to be high quality and lasting, not to be damaged after not even a week. I hope the brand considers their customer care in future and finds better ways to deal with customers who have received low quality items.

The quality of their chai bowler bag is incredible. Really quick and smooth delivery. Will 100% be purchasing from here again

I love the items , there was one mistake where I was sent the wrong size but luckily they quickly address the problem.

Love your brand and always come home with a heap of compliments when I go out dressed peachy.

Love you clothes truly amazing, but the cost of shipping to New Zealand is really prohibitive. Maybe you could look at changing carriers as the costs are far above other uk companies and disadvantages shoppers.

Honestly .. for £90+ the dress .. a birthday present for my daughter .... How on earth can you justify charging that amount for such an insubstantial item

While the shipping was fast, the item itself was disappointing. I ordered the Romy dress and the sizing is so off for some reason, I picked a XS as it is my usual size and it was way too small and tight, XXS would be more accurate. More details about the sizing, or models wearing different sizes would help customers a lot…

I had to return it and pay 15£ (19€) , after already paying 43€ of shipping + taxes, and the fact that you don’t even offer the possibility for exchanges to international customers is very unfair, because I still like the style of the dress and would have loved to exchange for a bigger size. I paid 169€ and they plan to only refund 106€ after deducting the return fee. Just not worth it if you’re not sure of your size.

I’ve been buying peachy stuff for a couple of years now and have literally never been disappointed. Their clothes are so high quality, true to size and always feel so special. The colours, fit and fabric are always perfect, I honestly couldn’t say anything negative about them. Love peachy den would highly recommend to anyone 🍑 x

They do run small. I’m a US size 8, curvy, 5’9 (mypelvicfloormuscles on Instagram). The large capris are perfect (medium would work too since they are so stretchy) but the medium top is too tight for me in the shoulders. I’m opting for an XL top to have a little more wiggle room.

I‘ve ordered from peachy den multiple times and have always been super happy. The customer service is actually great: fast, helpful and friendly answers. All the girls working in the store were also super nice. You have to be careful with materials (some pieces are made out of polyester) and washing instructions and if you want that, but they are transparent about all that, so I‘m happy. Moreover peachy den is reasonably priced for a small business and offers regular sales and discounts for under 25 or key workers. I can definitely recommend peachy den. :)

I purchased the Romy Dress in the colour flint last month and fell absolutely in love with it - shipping was fast and the quality is good. I also get lots of compliments whenever I wear the dress out <3

The items added with the shipping and import duties are a little pricy and over the top but for me it was definitely worth it!

Got the Missy blouse - good quality, as pictured, true to size, and shipping was quick (arrived in less than a week to the US)! Overall good experience shopping with Peachy Den :) Their stuff is so cute I just wish the prices were a little lower, gonna wait for their sales
