First off, I want to say that outside of catching these leggings on sale, they are horribly overpriced. I purchased 4 pairs of leggings while on sale, totaling just under $100. According to the website, shipping should take no more than 8 days if shipping to the USA. I imagined it would take a little longer because of COVID backing up the postal services, however I did not expect it to take nearly 4 weeks. When I ordered the leggings I made sure to order according to the sizing chart. The leggings were much too large around my lower legs and I didn't see the lift these leggings are so famous for. I decided I wanted to return them, and sent an email to their customer service as instructed by their website. This is where my rating comes in.

I sent 4 emails in a span of 2 weeks; according to the website they will get back to you within 24hrs; this did not happen. When I sent the 4th email, I advised that this would be my FINAL attempt to reach them and if I did not hear from them I would be contacting my cardholder to resolve the issue. I reached out to my cardholder right after to find out my options and they placed a hold on the payment for 2 weeks; providing me with time to try and work this issue out with Peachlift. I went to bed and woke up later that day (I work the night shift) to find an email time stamped 2 hrs after my 4th email. I guess they finally decided to reach back out to me after I threatened to stop payment. The customer service agent I emailed back and forth with tried to give me free replacements in a different size; I had to explain that I just wanted a return/refund twice before they would allow it. I was told that I should receive an email from their returns department within a couple days. I have allowed extra time for the weekend ect, but it's been over a week since I heard anything from them. I will be following up with my card holder tomorrow and do not expect to hear any more from them. Buyer beware.

The worst shipping experience of my life. This company was built off of lies and deceit. I don’t think they know what 5-10 business days are! By far the worst company, I guess that’s what I get for ordering from a company built off of Tik-Tok…🤦‍♂️

Absolutely the worst pair of leggings EVER!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased. Like everyone else stated, it takes weeks to get in touch with their “customer service” and then they give you the runaround. They want you to return the items at your cost and the address they provide is for a post and ship so not even a legit business address. No phone number whatsoever to get a hold of somebody only via email. Do not waste your time or money as this company is a complete scam!!! The first pair was too small, so I ordered a size up and they fit the same as the other ones. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!

I would give 0 if I could! It took 3 weeks for my leggings to arrived. They were way too small and see through. Horrible quality. After going back and forth with their "customer service" for almost a month, offered a new pair, 50% refund and keep, or return AT MY COST. I finally got them to agree to my full refund and they provided me with details to return the item, again, at my cost. I followed their instructions to the t, placed the item in the mail via USPS, and waited. A month later, I've still not received my refund, they are denying that they've received the leggings, and are now demanding a tracking number. They NEVER told me that they required a tracking number. And they are now refusing to refund my money. I would not recommend EVER buying from them, unless you enjoy being completely screwed over.

I only clicked one star as there is no way to not click on a star. Disgusting company. Stay away from them. They promise a full refund if the items are not satisfactory. They run small and then try and offer you 30% off then 50% off to keep the items. When you say no they say say ship them back at your cost. No where on their website states that returns cost you. I have been going back and forth with them. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They are see thru, and even ordering a size up they were still WAY too small. Took at least 3 weeks to receive, due to covid I understand. Now I'm trying to return them, and all they offered me was 1 free pair, even tho I bought 4 and spent almost 100$ True disappointment, would not recommend purchasing.

First pair took maybe over 2 months to get to me. As soon as I tried them on, they ripped on the side! So cheaply made. I emailed them to let them know what happened, they sent me another pair and on the inside it says Viki Body. So I googled it. I got mine on sale for around 29-30$. A pair not on sale on that website is 31$. 14$ on sale as of right now. This is the worst and these leggings don't even look that good. So do yourself a favor and find an actual website that doesn't try to scam people for more money

Ordered 2 pairs for my wife in January 2021 we are now nearing May and still haven't received anything. I've contacted them so many times and they keep giving me the same lies, it will be there in 6-14 days but due to covid it can take up to 3 weeks , I got that email 3 times and the most recent one said it's on the truck for delivery April 19th , guess what , still didn't get them. So disappointed in this company. Never again will I order from here.

I ordered 1 pair of leggings - saw the sizes ran small so I ordered a size up. Website stated 2 weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks I reached out, they stated due to COVID they were behind (Understandable). they said they would arrive 10-14 days after that e-mail. after 20 days I reached out again and was told the same thing about Covid. after 2 months i finally received them, they were the WRONG size!! i tried them on (just to be sure) and they actually fit well, so I wasn't to upset. They are super soft, and they fit nicely, but as soon as I went to wear them for a full day I sat on the couch and heard RIP! so day one of wearing these they ripped. I wouldn't waste your time and money on these. I didn't want to deal with customer service, returning since it took forever the first time.

RUNNNNN AWAY!

So, took 2 months to receive. I emailed customer service about 3 weeks in because the tracking number that I was given was invalid. They assured me that the ordered had "been fulfilled and is on its way." 2 more weeks went by and I sent another email, which I was ignored.
2 months and 11 days later, they finally show up. (Tracking number never worked)
Could not get them past my knees. I wear and XL usually, but the reviews said order 1-2 sizes up. I ordered a 3XL!!!!! They were super scratchy on my calves.
I sent an email explaining that I needed to return them and explained why.
3 DAYS LATER I was asked to provide my measurements to be sure that the mistake was not on my part, because that isn't offensive! Then to send pictures of the size tags in the leggings to be sure that I did receive the correct size. Again, offensive. Also, there were no size tags, only 1 tag that told the material and to dry clean only.
If someone is a decent business owner and someone is unhappy with your product, then allow them to return it and give a refund. But, instead, I feel like I'm getting the 3rd degree just to see if I can get a refund.
This is the 3rd time that I have asked them for a refund through the entire process, so I am not hopeful that it will happen.

My girlfriend ordered some leggings from this site it's been a month now and still nothing threw the mail like seriously please do not buy anything from them they will take your money and run with it.

Oh where do I even begin?? I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I read that they run small so I ordered a size up. It took over a month to get to me. I even reached out to them because I was beginning to worry that I had been scammed. They kind of brushed me off but assured me the leggings were coming. When the leggings finally got to me, they were Way too small. I couldn't get them past my knee AND they had a hole in them. I messaged the support team and they offered to send me another pair and that I could keep the original pair. I appreciated not having to go to the post office, however I only agreed because they assured me they have changed their shipping partner and the second pair would get to me much faster.

Surprise. Surprise. The second pair took LONGER than the first pair to arrive. They assured me they would notify me when the leggings shipped and after hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out. They eventually provided shipping. Every time I tried message them about the second pair, I felt like I was getting the runaround.

When the second pair arrived, they fit but were COMPLETELY see through. I can't wear them anywhere! When I messaged the support team, they IGNORED me. A week later, I called them out on it and they offered me a 30% refund to keep the leggings or a full refund to return at my cost. I sent a strongly worded email about how frustrated I was about the whole process and then they offered a 50% refund to keep the leggings and the same offer of a full refund to ship at my cost.

Do yourself a favor, and LISTEN to these reviews! Save yourself time, money, and stress. Don't buy these leggings! Era Athletics has amazing leggings that get to you quickly and are not see through. :)

Took a long time to arrive. Sizing was fine and I probably could have gone down a size but the quality is terrible. Totally see through. Cant wear these anywhere!

First our order took well over a month to arrive.

Then, the HORRID quality. Per their size chart, I SHOULD be an XL. Out of an abundance of caution, I ordered a 2XL. What arrived did not even fit my daughter (who should be a medium per PeachLift's size chart). See through is an understatement and the quality was awful. Unsightly seams everywhere, low quality.

When I contacted them about a refund, the best they offered was 30% refund + keep the product, OR a full refund after I return them at my cost.

So horribly disappointed.

Placed order in January and STILL have not received. It’s April 18......
spend your money somewhere else!

Just horrible and will NEVER order again! Wrong size and see through before trying them on. Took over a month to get😡. Waist of my time and money!! People..DO NOT ORDER THESE!

I will NEVER purchase from peachlift again. Very dissatisfied. I wear large and they sent a sm to med size. Was not at all what I expected. Disappointed!!!

I purchased the item in December 2020.
It arrived at the end of March.
The quality and fit were terrible - because the item was not the size I purchased and was two sizes too big.
I requested a refund.
I have been denied my refund.
Terrible product, terrible customer service.

I want answers who owns this company phone number address all of the information I am starting a lawsuit of my stolen money and not receiving my merchandise I paid for it on February 22 2021 and still have not received my merchandise and still waiting it is Friday april 16 2021. Need info its may 5 2021 still no merchandise that I ordered no number to call and they will not refund my money.

Absolutely terrible quality. No stretch and see-through even before you put them on. No size listed on the leggings themselves and customer service will only send replacements (which are the same terrible quality), give you a 20% refund (which is hardly anything), or you can ship them back to China on your own dime which would cost an arm and a leg anyway.
