Great cover at a good price and helps the PDSA
Decided to use PSDA after my previous dog became ill and had to be put to sleep and I couldn't afford it at the time, being self employed in the pandemic. They were just wonderful.
Got our new family member and needed pet insurance it was a no brainer for us.
Also for the level of cover and no 20% of the rest of the claim which a lot of other insurance companies wanted at the time, Worked out really competativly

Great service
My dog was really poorly and needed treatment , I paid the vet myself and my vet advised me that my insurance would probably help with the cost , I have never used an insurance claim before , I usually pay the bill myself . The insurance company were great and paid me direct .

Speed of payment following claim…
My cat recently required an urgent operation and when I contacted customer services, the representative I spoke to dealt with my enquiry sympathetically and professionally. Once my claim was submitted by my vet I received payment within 5 working days. Excellent service from this insurance provider.

I would recommend PDSA pet insurance

My claim required some additional details which we provided , the interaction was a simple process and our comments were reviewed and contact made with the vet, these enabled PDSA to make a timely decision regarding the treatment provided and condition our cat had . the claim was settled to our satisfaction

I have disabilities and have a problem with filling in forms when I rang to ask for help to filling it over the phone to take all my details it was told by staff that it can not be done and I would have to fill the form on the Internet this was very frustrating and would like a new program set in place from wendy Singleton

Claiming was very easy but I actually getting hold of my documents not too straightforward. It may just be me but when I googled the PDSA website it don't give you a pet insurance log in and so had to go looking for the corect website. Always being short of time I like to just google a site and find what I need!

Shocking business conduct
Shocking business conduct. I took out 2 policies with PDSA Pet Insurance for my two dogs as they are a Charity. I made a claim a few weeks back but was told they had no response from the vets. The PDSA Vets themselves say they contacted them back but they (PDSA Pet Insurance) said they could find no claim!! Yet PDSA Pet Insurance emailed me to say they had tried 3 times to get a report from the PDSA Vets, but didn't get any response. Blaming each other. Currently trying to get through to them on the phone with no response either. Nobody seems to work there. I've tried my best to help this Charity, but it turns out to be at my dog's detriment.
