Comme beaucoup d'autres personnes je n'avais besoin que d'une seule utilisation et pensait payer 1€. Finalement, sans que cela soit indiqué, sans rappel, on m'indique que j'ai maintenant un abonnement. Je vais voir sur mon compte. Prélèvement de 49euros. Juste une arnaque.
Cela fait 48h maintenant et personne n'a répondu à mon message, donc inutile de me demander les coordonnées de mon compte, vous avez déjà plusieurs messages de ma part vous demandant un remboursement.

Scam at its finest
The product is a basic editor so nothing special. I paid 1€ for the one time use and they tried to bill me another 50€, thankfully my bank declined the payment and I gave them a call instantly to block any other payments from this site.

Not bad at all. I merged 6 files and it handled it without issue. Only thing I noticed is there's no preview before you download but that's a minor thing. Would use again.

Same as everyone else , just got charged for a subscription I never knowingly signed up to. Very underhand practice. look guys your actual product is great why ruin it by being evasive on your charging ? Be transparent.I opted to pay by use which I was charged for and then got charged for a subscription that I was unaware of having agreed to take out. Probably it’s an opt out which you do not easily see. Given an extra star as you have now send you will refund me. Thank you , but why wind customers up in the first place ?! I do not enjoy or want to leave poor reviews.

36% MORE expensive than Adobe!!
This is too expensive for what it does. You can get the top tier Subscription from Adobe for 16€ LESS per month. You might as well go to the source. I wasted 49€ because I forgot to cancel this service. Learn from my lesson!!

They are scammers used there services for a few minutes paid a 1 euro fee. Just got charged 49 euro today. Never got a 24 hour email to let me know I would get charged nothing. Talk about a disgrace not on whatsoever.

Hice una prueba para pasar unas fotos a PDF y me pidieron 0,50 euros. Abrí la cuenta con ellos y pagué el importe. No me gustó para nada el resultado y para colmo al mes me han cargado 29 euros de una suscripción que nunca hice y que nunca me avisaron que pasaría. Ojo con esta empresa.... No devuelve el dinero cobrado de forma fraudulenta. No recomendable en absoluto.

One week for trial and the service continue automatically
I used the service for one day and paid 2 Saudi Real for one week. One week lather I received charged 183 Saudi Real automatically since I did not disconnect the service. I requested refund since I did not use the service other than that day. Finally, I received the refund. Thank you.

J'ai voulu modifier un pdf une seule fois sur ce site internet et à la fin, j'apprends que pour le télécharger il faut payer 0,50€. Attention ! Dès que vous payez ces 50 centimes, vous êtes automatiquement abonné à 39 € sans même avoir cliqué sur aucune demande d'abonnement ! C'est une pure arnaque. Comment ce site internet peut encore exister ?! J'ai fait opposition sur ma carte mais si jamais cela est payant, je demanderai un dédommagement à cette société.
