It was a simple process, they had the best price, I paid through Paypal, PB Tech sent the product which was very well packaged and arrived in good time on the 24th February, 2026. I call that excellent customer service.

Went in to the Queen street store. About 10-12 customers and just one salesperson. I was trying to buy a Amazfit T-Rex sports watch for $598 but no-one was there to help. Just heading in to Noel Leemings. I’d rather pay an extra $10 and get great ( or just some!) service.

Very easy to order online and item arrived quite quickly. However item wasn't clearly described, so not exactly what I required.

In terms of ordering an item, then getting the item in a timely manner there were no issues.

I had not previously used PB Tech but they had the best price for the item I was specifically after.

So all was good.

Easy to order and price plus shipping best on the internet. Surprised when I realise products was coming from NZ so took a couple of extra days which was fine as the communication and tracking was regular. Product was well packed and works as described. Thanks

The order item indicated "ships today". Immediately after ordering, "ships today" became an "estimate" that wasn't fulfilled. And the order page was marked as "awaiting goods".

Sold me a PSU without the right mains cable.

Product was shipped from overseas, despite claiming it was "in stock in store", which didn't help either.

Didn't reply to my emails, didn't anwer the phone. Price was slightly cheaper than competition, but not worth the hassle.

PB Tech offered the best price for the Chromebook I was searching for. I purchased the ASUS Chromebook with a touchscreen. Throughout the process, I received timely updates about my delivery, which was impressive given that it was coming from New Zealand. The Chromebook arrived well-packaged and in mint condition. I was very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy from PB Tech again and recommend them, not only for their competitive prices but also for their excellent product selection and speedy delivery.

My experience was similar to others - lower price, fast postage (ahead of schedule expected). Also surprised they were in NZ but fine for me. I have read all the reviews and there do seem to be valid concerns so I suggest if you are buying computers you look at the reviews and talk to PB Tech before buying I imagine that will ensure very smooth service.

A technical issue changed my address by default to New Zealand instead of Australia, after contacting the guys through their website I received a timely reply confirming that my address has been corrected and my parcel was being delivered to the correct country. Fantastic support and price. Well done

I have been using this site for a long time. I am an "oldtimer". They are reliable and responsive. Things arrive fairly quickly and they are as advertised. Packaging is appropriate and recyclable. ! have been using them 2-3 times every year and I have never encountered a problem.
