Have provided proof I don't owe a debt to BT multiple times and they're still threatening me. Absolutely not paying and don't see why I have to go back to BT, who are Impossible to get hold of, again. I left BT due to their shambolic customer service and still it continues. If this firm think they can bully me into paying, they're wrong

My mother has spent almost two years being pursued for a debt she does not owe. From the beginning, we have explained that this is a case of identity fraud. The alleged Three Mobile account is associated with another person’s details, including a different email address and date of birth, yet debt recovery has continued.

AJJB eventually advised us to contact Three Mobile directly to obtain a fraud investigation reference. We did exactly that, but Three refused to discuss the account because my mother cannot pass security—which is entirely unsurprising given that the account does not belong to her.

We then found ourselves in an impossible situation. AJJB told us to contact Three, while Three refused to speak to us because the account isn’t in my mother’s details.

The matter has caused significant stress, particularly as my mother is undergoing cancer treatment. All we have ever asked is for a proper investigation into what appears to be identity fraud.

I hope AJJB will now work directly with their client to resolve the matter instead of expecting an innocent person to prove she is not responsible for someone else’s account.

Update on the below, i raised a complaint when i wrote this review. The process is "Completed" i had an email today. This is another reason why their terrible. The complaints director just listed the actions that took place.... not given explanations of anything... nothing. Just a crap email with no resolve. Terrible with i could give zero stars

This company is terrible, i wouldn't choose to work with them. I had a 40 pound debt... and they did nothing but harass me. I am in an IVA and all my other creditors for larger amounts were happy for me to email them the name of the company that is handling my IVA and speak with them directly as i am unable to make phone calls due to mental health. However they refused to look on the HMRC register for my details and insisted i provide proof. This resulted in my getting a letter before court proceedings. I then had to make the phone call, she notified me that court proceeding had been approved. but i have been emailing for at least THREE WEEKS. The lady on the phone searched on the HMRC register and took all the details they needed, and closed my account. I don't know who looks after emails but they are shocking and need training. Just to add its so silly that you have stressed me out so much and done all this work for £40.....

In my home i was have wifi put the company they dont complete to connect the Internet in my house and they charge me whitout Net after i close the acc and i call them to check its close they say yes after 2 yaers send me need pay 2241£ for mo net and i move from house from 2 years

Sent me a demand for payment email to my mental health business under my art studio name. When i told them i never used three and the name they have isnt my legal one so it cant be used for any contracts, they then emailed back using my dogs name. So they are obviously stalking me and confused by what ever information theyre using. They filed for a ccj and i was able to submit a defence to the courts explaining this. Hopefully they will go away now. How embarrassing for a law firm to be so unprofessional and wrong.

This company is great and made it easy to fully pay off a debt i had.

They are scammers. They will send you fraudulent emails and texts for debts that don't even exist. Beware!!

This company have suddenly started harrassing me with constant phishing texts. Cunningly don't display a number so I can't block the spam. I don't owe anyone money, my credit file is clear. I've never had any dealings with the organisation mentioned in these texts. Edit: I tried to contact them via their website but you can't just send a message without first handing over all your personal details!

They are the scammers who are texting that three debts are outstanding. Though Three service said that there was nothing like this.

Complete scammers , please do not pay without looking into, had text & email threatening court action for a Klarna debt, nothing outstanding on Klarna ! Klarna reassured me that there was nothing owing so ignore !

Easy to use not everything needs filling in. Can pay off from bank direct or set a payment plan without lenthy forms pr even talking to someone or providing documents

AJJB has never paused or responded to *any* emails with my concerns about their daily harassment with regards to a Three account I have no knowledge of, have not provided valid proof, and have ignored, repeatedly, the fact that they are required to cease contact with me until they provide proof of debt which is *valid*. They want to threaten people with CCJs but cannot back up these claims. I have received numerous texts, emails, but no actual letter of claim that they say they sent me!

Their complaints email is useless and is clearly not being checked. I urge anyone effected by this fraudulent company to complain to the FCA and SCA.

They have come after me for a debt to BT for a broadband connection. However, given that we are a remote company and our office address is virtual, it is quite astonishing. We have repeatedly explained this and they have been unable to provide any proof of supply (which would be impossible) but they fail to respond. They appear to not have procedures to check that their client has grounds for claims and their communication and complaints process appears non-existent.
