Outstanding service
I found a dog toy that had been recommended by a friend on eBay Which was through pawshtails. They emailed to say they had cancelled the order because it wasn’t the correct price and to re-order it from their website. It was lovely to receive such honesty. The product was great, the service was outstanding and it arrived in good time. 5 stars ⭐️

Above and beyond
We ordered a harness for Chewie after reviewing a few different options. I initially ordered the size I thought Chewie needed, however I discussed with Pawshtails his measurements and they confirmed it should have been a different size and sent out the correct one without any issues. When I have tried to contact Pawshtails, they are always there to give in answer in a prompt timescale. Not only would I recommend the harness, I would recommend Pawshtails as their service has been second to none.
