This letter serves as a formal demand for immediate resolution regarding your company’s deceptive and unlawful business practices.

Your advertisement offering a kennel for $9.99 constitutes false and misleading advertising in violation of California Business and Professions Code §17500. The product and promotion were not delivered as represented, and the claims made to induce purchase were materially deceptive.

Further, your company enrolled my payment method into recurring monthly charges without my knowledge, consent, or proper disclosure, in clear violation of California Business and Professions Code §17600–17606. At no point was there clear and conspicuous notice that I was agreeing to a subscription service or ongoing billing. Any such charges are therefore unauthorized and unlawful.

Your conduct also constitutes an unfair and fraudulent business practice under California Business and Professions Code §17200, as well as potential violations of federal consumer protection standards enforced by the Federal Trade Commission.

Let me be clear: this pattern of deception—misrepresenting products, fabricating promotional claims, and charging consumers without consent—meets the standard of consumer fraud.

DEMAND FOR RELIEF:
• Immediate cancellation of any and all subscriptions associated with my account
• Full refund of all unauthorized charges
• Written confirmation that my billing information has been permanently removed

If these demands are not met within 5 business days, I will take the following actions without further notice:
• File formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau
• Submit a report to the California Attorney General’s Office
• Initiate a dispute and fraud claim with my financial institution
• Pursue any additional legal remedies available to me under state and federal law

Be advised that continued failure to resolve this matter may expose your company to further liability, including damages, penalties, and enforcement action.

Falsos devuelvan el dinero,yo no compre membresía, 15,78 bcodel estado cuenta débito. Estafadores.

Hace poco tiempo esta empresa PAWSGLAM me hizo un cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito (sin mi autorización). les envié correo con la reclamación y me respondieron pidiendome que publicara una opinión diciendo que me habían solucionado satisfactoriamente y que posterior me harían reembolso por ese cargo. tiempo pasó y no me regresaron el importe de ese cargo, envié correo de nuevo y me dicen que no me han realizado el reembolso diciendo que se les regresa porque mi tarjeta les aparece como "cancelada" y que debo verlo con mi banco. esto es falso, mi tarjeta no esta cancelada y me dicen que el reembolso solamente me lo pueden hacer a la tarjeta que ellos sin mi autorización me hicieron el cargo, si la intención fuera solucionarme lo que ellos mismos provocaron, me darían otras opciones para el reembolso pero es el pretexto para no regresarme el dinero que me retuvieron de mi tarjeta.

I was contacted by the support team regarding multiple unauthorized charges made to my debit card through this and related websites.
I did not create an account or authorize any subscription, and I have reported the situation to my bank as fraudulent.
The support team has promptly responded to my case and indicated that a refund may be processed. I am posting this review as part of the process they requested, with the understanding that a full refund of all unauthorized charges will be issued.
At this time, the matter is still unresolved, and I am waiting for confirmation that the refund has been completed.

Lo único es que todavía no he visto reflejada la solución en mi tarjeta de crédito-

Tuve problemas con dicha membresía pero gracias a la comunicación fue posible solucionar todo tipo de mal entendidos entre ambas partes.
