Great dog towel! Perfect size and dries my double layered dog hair a treat!

It's a shame that I can only give 2 stars, as the towel is great. However the delivery and communication were terrible, and sadly this clouded the whole experience. I wasted hours of my precious time and energy trying to chase/sort, it became really stressful. Due to the order mess up, delay and poor communication Tom did give me a refund for the products for which I am grateful but even then he did not send the drying gloves which he had promised to send, and I received the incorrect colour towel!
In summary great products, but delivery / communication/ customer service has vast room for improvement.

Placed order 31.10.22 been trying to get order delivered for weeks... Was promised refund and order delivered 2 weeks ago because of hassle... Still nothing and no reply... Shocking customer service avoid this company
update 29.01.23 received full refund late December, received order yesterday, fair play for keeping to their word to giving refund and supplying items

This was the most confusing and bizarre shopping experience I have ever had. Paid for items in October, chased up a week later as not heard anything. Was told it was a pre order (this was not on the website or my conformation email). Was told would be sent no later than the following Monday. Chased on the Tuesday as still no despatch email. Was offered a refund and my items sent out for free (was unnecessary to offer the full order for free, a refund and apology was enough). After several more chase ups I eventually got the refund, no apology and no order. Just don't offer what you can't deliver on! Also Tom emailed everyone asking for a direct reply and he promised to respond and sort delays. Never got a reply to my email. I think they over sell when they have sales on then can't deliver. Shame as I was looking forward to using their products. I have since found tailblazers and the towels and towel bags ate excellent, as is the price (without the need for constant silly promotions). Most importantly, you get what you paid for in a reasonable time.

These towels are great. Really absorbent and large so I can wrap my cocker spaniels in them keeping them warm while I dry them. I’m delighted with the way they wash too. Worth every penny

Ordered 2 towels for my sprocker spaniel who loves getting wet. They are fabulous and dry him in no time. Lovely quality and company to deal with. Definitely recommend.

Same issue as others. Paid for towel ? 29th Nov but had no email order confirmation or any correspondence since. Have no idea if this will be delivered at any point??

Amazing products & such a caring team.
I recently bought the berry fleece for my cocker spaniel Bertie. The fleece is very well made, durable & looks gorgeous.
I’ve bought several products such as;
the drying bag fantastic for keeping soggy dogs dry after a walk, cooling mat great for the hot summer months & waterproof coats again all products do exactly as stated.
I cannot fault this amazing company.

I am normally sceptical of online social media purchases, but I must say the towel did exactly what it said it would! Dries my labrador Mabel quickly and efficiently and is quick to dry, unlike a regular towel that is saturated for ages.

Quick delivery, ordered large drying towel, which has lived up to the description perfectly. Have a large dog, with muddy paws and it works very well. Washes and dries quickly too

I am also still waiting for my towels it has said the order was on its way for the last 2/3 weeks. Sent emails with no response.

We have the xl micro fibre towel which is amazing. Dries the dogs off so quickly without leaving the towel soggy and smelly! Perfect for our farm dogs. Will definitely be buying more.

Money taken from my account, it’s now 7 weeks since I placed my order. It has not been despatched yet.

Still waiting for my order, No response to recent emails or voicemail messages that I have left.

I asked for a refund so I can go and spend my money elsewhere. If I am not going to get my order at least have the courtesy to let me know.

the drying bag and the small clothes perfect for quickly drying/wiping quality is first clas had them for months now still feel
And look brand new , delivery was fast customer service has always been first class credit where credit due 👏🏻, after a bath these towels reduce the drying time

What can I say!! These towels are a game changer! I have 20 month old cocker spaniel who LOVES water! A quick rub down with one of these towels and he's dry! A must buy for all dog owners !

Great company highly recommend, communication, service is 100% I love these towel's that I bought for my two long hair chihuahua's they are super absorbent, dry there coat's in no time

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had the towel bag and towel. They are amazing really soaks the water of his fur compared to other towels. As I have a cockapoo and their fur holds water.within 10 mins he is dry. Also great when been on a muddy walk. Well worth the money . I’m waiting now for dressing gown to come back in stock I want one of them for him.
