Splendid
There was plenty of communication before our first appointment to make sure that everyone knew what was wanted and that we were all on the same page. The appointment was on time - and my dog looked splendid when I collected him. They were kind and efficient. Thank you!

I booked teeth cleaning for my dog
I booked teeth cleaning for my dog. I paid 30£ for calming tablets from the vet. My dog was waiting 1,5 hrs for the appointment as they were behind.. it resulted job not even being done as her meds stopped working. Place there was not even a bowl of water for my dog that was behind desk sitting and waiting. Poor time management. When I came there was one dog and suddenly others managed to come for grooming while my dog was waiting. I wasted money and time as I had to pay for calming meds that got wasted as appointments was way delayed.

Besvarelse fra Pawpadour Dog Grooming Salon
We are truly sorry if this was your experience at our salon.
We treat every client and every dog with the same care and attention. As we are a small salon, it can occasionally happen that ultrasonic teeth cleaning appointments overlap with grooming appointments. However, even if we experience delays, they are never typically as long as the one you described, and I do not recall any such delay for our teeth cleaning appointments. I would genuinely like to investigate this further.
Unfortunately, the success of an ultrasonic teeth cleaning treatment depends on several factors, including how well the dog tolerates the procedure and the condition of their teeth and gums. If we find inflamed gums, loose teeth, or if a dog is too stressed or unable to tolerate the treatment, we will always stop the procedure as their welfare comes first. In these situations, if we are unable to complete the ultrasonic treatment, we do not charge for it.
We are sorry that you spent money on calming medication. In future, we would always recommend giving us a call before purchasing or administering tablets, as in our experience they are not always effective for this type of treatment.
I would really appreciate the opportunity to look into the waiting time you mentioned. Please could you email us at hello@pawpadour.com with the details of your booking so we can investigate this in more detail?
Thank you for your feedback.

Ultrasonic teeth cleaning…
I use Pawpadour for ultrasonic teeth cleaning and had an excellent experience. I first went in just for an opinion, as my 9-year-old Westie’s teeth were in bad condition. Wiktoria checked his teeth, explained everything clearly, and I was lucky that they had availability straight away.
She took Rocky in, and after about 30 minutes I picked him up with his teeth nicely cleaned. Most importantly, he wasn’t stressed at all. Very professional service, and I will definitely be coming back.
