You answer a handful of questions — their name, what they're like, the small habits that are theirs alone, the story behind them — and choose a style and a voice. The song was very cute, but I could only get just the snippet once I paid for it. I wasn’t able to scan it so that I could get the whole song to download. I tried to share it on Facebook, but it only played just a very small example, not the whole song for 2999 that was kind of disappointing. I want to be able to download the whole song to share.

I love the song wrote for my dog they did an amazing job. I noticed a little issue so I emailed the company to see why it had happened they explained it very well and re recorded fixings the issue. I highly recommend trying this out they were very accommodating.

Finding it again: email us at team@pawlody.com and we'll send your song's link straight back. One line is enough, no order number needed.
Getting it onto your phone: open your song page and tap "⬇ Download song" — the file saves to your phone (Files → Downloads on an iPhone, Downloads on Android) and plays from there like any other track.
Easiest of all, though: with the song page open, tap your browser's share icon and choose "Add to Home Screen". The song then sits on your phone like an app — one tap and it plays.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. It's very rare to find a service that goes out of its way to make sure the customer is happy with their product. They are eager to make any changes that would make you feel better about your custom song. If it's some of the words, the speed of the song, or the style of music, just let them know. They want their customers to be happy, and they appreciate the communication. You're not dealing with a musician's ego; they want their customers happy. They created a song for my Milo that tells his story and warms my heart when I hear it. If you're thinking about it but are hesitating, just go for it. I can tell you that you won't be disappointed.

We lost our dear horse
We lost our dear horse, Toby, 3 years ago. His passing devastated us and the hurt is still with us today. I came across Pawlody about a week ago and thought I'd try it to make a song for Toby. Filling out the form for the song was easy. I like that you are able to enter personal notes for your loved one to include in the song. But what happened after the song was made was totally unexpected. From the second the song began - the music chosen - the words - brought me into such sobbing tears I was overwhelmed. The song hit straight to our heart. Perfectly done - all who knew Toby and heard the song cried too. Its that good. It's that deep and heartfelt!
Thank you Pawlody. You gave us a part of Toby in a song that we knew was there but hadn't been able to express it - until now ❤️‼️

Thank you for writing this. Three years on, the hurt doesn't shrink — it just learns to sit quietly, and a song can knock the lid right off it. We're glad it was the good kind of crying, and that everyone who knew Toby heard him in it.
