I ordered a new bed for our fur baby for Christmas. Email after Email being told its been posted 16 days on nothing still nothing.

UPDATED IVE HAD NO EMAIL FROM YOU REGARDING DELIVERY OR TRACKING NUMBER .
This is the worse customer service it took me to write this review to I got a response.

Says memory foam, just ordinary foam, very cheaply made, delivery took age's ,I read the reviews on their website, which were great, must be absolutely false, feel very ripped off!!!

Phil at the company went over and above the level of service that could be expected. Very friendly to deal with. Would not hesitate in using this company again

I ordered over a month ago and have still not received my dogs bed and coat.

This was ordered ready for winter and now I’m just losing trust that this company will actually send me my parcel.

Very disappointed

I placed order on 1st November 3rd November it we apparently in transit and since then I’ve had not a single bit of communication it is now the 6th December.

Feel a bit mugged off to be honest.
I ordered on the 19th November and just recieved my dogs jacket tonight.
It’s an identical jacket to the one at £13.95 sold by SHEIN.
I paid double this because I under the impression that the products were unique? So assumed they would be better quality.
Should have (and will in future) just ordered from SHEIN. This jacket also come from china but SHEIN delivered much quicker too.

Please no one order from this company!!! Ordered a dog coat from them and it took two weeks to arrive that's with myself having to email them Multiple times!!!! When the dog coat did arrive it's to small and they want give me a refund at all Apparently I have to sent them the coat back and pay for the Larger coat!!! I don't want any coat from them and just would like them to refund me!!! Please be aware of this company!!!

Purchased the luxury dog sofa approximately 2 years ago for our small dog cannot get him out of it on the strength of this I have just purchased a 2nd one for upstairs in the bedroom, very supportive with its arms and super soft cushion which is removable for cleaning
It’s our dogs go to bed especially during fireworks which gives him added security

I am writing this review confirming this company do Not send emails confirming your order! I ordered a dog bed and since ordering money was taken out of my bank but still NO communication confirming my order.. The order was put in 16th November 5 days ago and I have sent 2 emails to this company asking for a confirmation email ? Still waiting… I am quite concerned after reading all of these reviews which seems to be an on going problem… Wish I had read them before Ordering….

Temu do stock some good products - some not so good - but all prices are cheaper.

Bought the best double dog lead from here! I’ve tried so many that claim to not tangle but they do or they arrive and the lead is so thin it wouldn’t hold a mouse!
This lead is amazing. Walked my dogs with it for the first time and it was fab! They were ducking and diving around each other and no problems or nearly chopped of fingers for me 😂 Highly recommend this product from here! I also purchased a dog grooming hair dryer bag for my Samoyed as she takes forever to dry and this product makes it so much less stressful for her and less damp for us. My order was dispatched quickly and took about 10 days to come. Products are dispatched from China so if you’re needing something asap then I wouldn’t buy from here but if you don’t mind waiting then the products are decent and affordable. I had no issues from start to finish and am very pleased with my products.

No impressed with your delivery not only does it take ages but got a message from Evri saying delay then another saying got parcel with no real idea of when will be delivered and already passed delivery promise. Should have been delivered on the 18th if you are going to quote 7-10 day delivery time at least achieve it or tell your customer when it will be recieved

Really poor Still no news other than Evri sending a message saying my preferred delivery left with location has been changed which I never asked for. How can they update when they do not know the date of delivery Come on pawfect4 step up and show some customer service. Not stepped outside of Amazon for a long time and you do realise how good they are.

Sorry but all you have done is repeated what I have already told you. blaming the courier is a cop out!!! you make the choice of courier your business your choice and your response is typical of a company that just passes blame when your service is poor. Maybe upgrading your courier company to a company that offers a next day better service. I ordered this item on the 6th October and still neither you or your courier company can offer a date on when I will receive goods that cost £64 which is really poor service matched by an equally poor response!!!!

Thankyou for the update I never said I was not communicated to I said the info was poor and nobody new when the parcel would be delivered since the 6th Oct I have had a notice today to say will be delivered but this is the first time I have been advised.

DROP SHIPPING - use your name and address and ship directly from Temu or similar - even use the same photos …. Do not use

I have just received my little cat bed for my new kitten, and I am thrilled with it. The bed is gorgeous, just as advertised. Speedy delivery. Please try this company for your needs, you will not be disappointed. Thankyou so much for a wonderful item and good service.

I wish I had read Jo’s and others views of this “family” business before I bought the dog bed!
Rude…yep, never been spoken to like that before, when asking for a refund, because I didn’t like the quality of the bed….actually my dog wouldn’t sit in it!!
I was told they had been in TV, wow that means a lot.
They need to get a better customer service attitude!!!

Also I have blocked email address as didn’t want to receive any further rude threatening messages. Again evidence available

Email response rude and now threatening with a defermation claim because I’ve put up a negative review .
He has also sent me very rude emails and I feel threatened and bullied
Also the responses he has put in his reply are edited to make me look bad
EDIT- the owner emailed me directly warning me to take this post down otherwise deformation action would be taken.
This is an abuse of my personal data by contacting me via email about something other than my purchase . Also use of any information I have provided to this company cannot be used for any other purpose then providing me for goods .****** I request publically to this company that all my personal information be deleted and request no further contact as this has caused me upset and stress . ***** Threatening emails of legal action are a misuse of personal data .
It seems like I’m not the only one who has suffered reading the other reviews .

Update - did not keep item, refused delivery - have proof of delivery screen of delivery driver of item refused - took video with neighbour as witness as I thought this might happen and photo of parcel , which had been sent from China . Refused delivery on 18/09 - have tracking email from Evri.
Also I have blocked email address of owner as he was sending me emails from his personal address and didn’t want to receive any further rude threatening messages. Again evidence available HAPPY TO PROVIDE ALL TO TRUST PILOT (and have already done so)

Last year I ordered 4 Waterproof dog jacket with harness for my 4 Morkies which were great. In June 2024 I ordered 4 All Seasons dog coats. When they arrived they were too big, and Pawfect4pets were extremely helpful and replaced these, they even sent the replacements before I'd returned the other ones. Their customer service is excellent and I can't recommend them enough.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR I WOULD. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, I WAS PROVIDED FALSE TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEN LIED TO BY THE OWNER. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You certainly did not offer a refund and I have your messages to prove otherwise hence myself making a claim through PayPal to retrieve my money,plus I didn't wait a month I waited 15 business days as per your terms and conditions. You seem to have an answer about everyone's complaint and blame them. WE CANT ALL BE WRONG, AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID! If anyone can send 6 emails in 30 seconds I would be very surprised! The only rude person is yourself and you have also just proved how much you lie. I ham happy to supply screen shots of your lies to anyone who would like to see?
