Looks expensive, including the website, but it's a cheap generic product
It is a very cheap product sold very expensively. You can get the exact same generic product from Etsy for a couple of pounds.
Besvarelse fra Pawch
Hi Bruce,
Thank you for sharing this. We take every review seriously. 💛
You are right that there are many lookalikes out there. Pawch is a trademarked company, and we are actively sending notices to sellers who copy our trademarked product & brand. Many of such, you saw on other marketplaces that sell with no guidelines and very bad quality. It's truly unfortunate.
The difference is in what we build with: genuine materials, careful stitching, and a design made to hold your pet’s fur safely for years. That is why so many of our customers come back to tell us how much theirs means to them- we're happy to share screenshots & long emails from customers who love us.
After our chat, and as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded your order in full and you are welcome to keep the keychains.
We keep improving every day, and we hope to have the chance to serve you again. 💛
