My partner and I were fortunate enough to work with Adam on the sale of our property and I'd be understating it if I said the process was easy and stress-free. His approach was very personal and friendly, whilst maintaining an air of professionalism.

Really liked Paul Meakin's apporach, very effcient, open and professional, never patronising. Gill the progressor is particulalry helpful and her experience shows when any issues arise. Would def be my first choice for selsdon and south croydon in the future.

Right from the first valuation visit we were greeted with a friendly smile and a straight forward 'no nonsense' 'non pressured' approach and were offered a very competitive selling rate up front without the need to negotiate. It was the same friendly experience with all of the lovely people we then dealt at the Selsdon branch from the marketing of the property right through to completion. As we were selling our parents empty property and were not there ourselves the agents took care of all of the viewings subsequently giving us a breakdown of the various offers made and the position of the buyers which gave us the option of making a good informed decision on who to sell to. Their communication throughout the process regarding updating us on the buyers progress was very useful and meant we weren't totally reliant on 'solicitors' updates which more often than not can be deflective. All in all we could not have been more happy with the professional service received from Paul Meakin and especially all of those at the Selsdon Branch. Thank you.

Having interacted with most of the local estate agents in the South Croydon area, Paul Meakin have been one of the most professional agents we have dealt with. Aimee showed us a couple of properties and was prompt and professionalism personified, and nothing was too much trouble. This followed through to us finding a rental (which I had previously contacted another agency about and had been informed it had gone!. During the contract process, Aimee was incredibly understanding and flexible with a number of things that cropped up on our end.
