We have recently had to walk away from a purchase via Paul Meakin, through no fault of ours or theirs. Despite the disappointment, I have to say that the staff at Paul Meakin in Selsdon have been amazing. We have sadly had a number of property chains fall apart this year and have met a number of different agents; without doubt they have been the best we've worked with so far.

We've been kept in the loop very regularly re progress and the team (Gill in particular) has been tenacious and dedicated in trying to resolve some pretty tricky issues and keep things moving forward. Amy has also been a great support, taking us to a number of viewings, and being a great sounding board for our ideas about the house.

Can't recommend the team highly enough, and just sad that all their efforts on our behalf haven't resulted in the completed sale they deserve. thank you!

From the initial visit from Sam through the sales process and to exchange of contracts we have felt informed and well looked after. Gill has gone over and above to ensure our sale progressed.

Fantastic estate agent in every way! By far the best estate agent we have ever used. As sellers, right from the first price estimate Emma Meakin had the insight into the specific buyer we needed to sell our flat at a better price than other estate agents advised. In the end our buyer was identical to who she described we should be aiming to sell to. The team were amazing throughout, our sale took longer than expected due to issues with buyers that had nothing to do with Paul Meakin and the team were kind and patient throughout and continued to work hard to get our flat sold at the right price. We worked with Emma, Natalie, Adam, Amelia and Michelle and cannot speak highly enough of all of them. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they always had our complete trust. On top of all this, their fees are reasonable, their photos and listing of the flat was very impressive and they were always on hand to manage our chain, even stepping up and calling all parties when solicitors were slow. I bought my property in New Addington through Paul Meakin and as a first time buyer, the whole process was difficult at beginning. But the supports and professional advices that I received from the team in the Addington branch made it easy for me as things were progressing. The whole team were fantastic and very helpful especially Amy Hedgecox who I first met while I was viewing properties in different areas. Also, Natalie Chapman was amazing, she replied to my emails promptly and answered all my questions. I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma and Adam at the start of the house selling process and found them engaging, professional and kept me in the loop at every stage, even if there was nothing concrete to report, they kept me abreast at all times, and then unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. Although it was an unexpected lengthy process, I found the communication poor and I was not kept informed at all stages.

Amelia is one of the best estate agents we have ever come across, and we are on our third home! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My wife was delayed due to feeling unwell, so it was lovely that it was no bother for her to give us extra time for the viewing.
